Karu smiled amusedly. "Did he? He must have at least told you enough to know a bit of my abilities for you to lock on to my mental frequency so easily. Usually I have to initiate contact."
He glanced at her stomach, his eyes flashing yellow for a brief instant. "Fascinating that a human can live with such a creature in their body. You would make quite an impressive research subject. But I suppose you would be unwilling to part with one of your parasites, or a blood sample. So I'll make this brief: Know that I have no interest in causing you harm. After, one might say that Fujin and I are..." he chose his words delicately. "Allies, of a sort. And I do not hurt people as a rule, unless they have something I need or get in my way. So have no fear, as at the moment you fall into neither category."

Already deciding to just stop with her game for now and return to what she considered some vague mission she cleared the room in a blur and landed on Karu's back, an action that to her was practically innocent but still extremely uncomfortable to anyone unfortunate enough to be her landing site. "You're being rude to the nice lady. You've got a real problem with that don't you."

Yukie smiled blowing a kiss back towards Kanna. "Fujin said you were smart but so easily you assumed I wouldn't be interested in your research." She uncrossed her legs and crossed them in the opposite way. "Well, At least I know you mean no harm.As of yet at least. hmm." she put her index finger to her chin. He may be able to help me out alot. heh.Fujin. Your not even here and you've helped me out so much. She dropped her finger and smiled.

He was about to stand up and leave when something heavy and human-sized tackled him from behind. He toppled forward, landing on the floor.
"Nothing of the sort, Miss Yajuu," he grunted. "I was simply making conversation. Now, be a dear and get off my back, please?"
Jazu jerked forward, awakened for two seconds by the commotion. "But Snowbell doesn't have fleas, you... zzzzzzzzz..."

Kanna blinked for a few seconds at the boy that was muttering nonsense before turning back down and wiggling atop Karu. "Well it's bad conversation." she said giving a slight smile to Yukie. "It's very rude to ask a woman about what's inside her."

"Well we can't *all* excel at smalltalk," he focused. "I beg your pardon, madam." He lifted her just enough for him to slide out from under her and stood, dusting himself off. "You'll have to forgive me; I don't much care for being on a dirty floor; blame it on the ability to sense all the miniscule little brainwaves of all those countless bacteria and not wanting to be anywhere near them." He frowned, picking a piece of lint off his shirt.
He glanced at Yukie. "Well if you would be willing to do so, then by all means."

Kanna scoffed and crossed her legs. "Oh you're just being a whiny little p****y." she said coarsely. "To be able to feel the pain of the others around you sound heavenly, and you treat it like a burden. Geez... I guess that means I've got more balls than you do, except I've also got a helluva rack so I top you in two categories now." She blew Karu a kiss.

He sat on a chair, resting a foot on his knee. "No point arguing, as belief will forever supercede fact. This is highly amusing Kana stood up placing the gift in her hands down. "I think to sum it all together he just admitted defeat to you." She looked at him Karu then at Kanna with a congrats experession on her face.

Kanna smirked. "Well he could have just said that to begin with." Standing herself up she flipped her long black hair over her shoulder and smiled. "Want to come over and join me and my man in the corner. We're excellent company to the right kind of people. I can promise you that nobody in their right minds would bother you while you're with us." She paused at this thought. "But then again not a lot of people here are clearly in their right minds as it is."

Yukie thought about the suggestion for a moment but then shook her head. "No thank you. She lifts up her present. I need to figure out whats in here and talk to my partner. I'll be over there soon though." She smiled with her head tilted to the side slightly.

"As you wish." Kanna said dusting herself off, still making sure her hands were hidden by her sleeves. "I'll await you anxiously." She blew the girl another kiss before wandering back to Shukoshu, making sure to circumvent the higher ranking shinobi near the center of the room.
