Mrs. Black would put up a good fight (her with all of her sharp nails and meanness) but I think that in the end, Sirius would win because he has had a grudge over her for years, and i think that that would contribute to some power, there!
Mrs. Norris or Crookshanks??

Mrs. Norris because she has the ability to scour the entire Hogwarts castle and find misbehaving students and Crookshanks only chases rats and birds...even if Peter was one of the rats.

Sirius, b/c Harry loves his godfather too much to even touch him (besides a hug) whereas Sirius loves to have fun and may just go a bit too far.
