Laughing softly he smiled openly and shook his head, "Silly, the cake you made." Kissing her again he nuzzled his nose against hers. "But it doesn't matter right now."

Akki ran a finger lightly down his arm, her fingers threading through his as she kissed him. "This is much better than cake," she murmured against his lips.

Kalan nodded and murmered back with a little half-smile, "Even," he said with a shiver at her fabulous touch, "Even if it is your cake."

Sighing contently Kalan rolled over onto his side, "Thank you," he said as he rested a hand on her stomach, "For such a wonderful few days."

Akki turned her head, dropping a light kiss on his nose, her tummy tingling where his hand lay. "I should be thanking you....every moment we're together is magical..."

Shaking his head he simpley purred at the kiss on his nose, "Thank you, dearest, for that." Removing his hand and laying it across her other hand he smiled, "How's little Ai doing?"

Akki giggled as she thought of her baby. "He's so sweet...he likes to get into things though."
She lifted his hand with a smile, rubbing her cheek against the back then pressing a kiss against his palm.

Laughing harder, Kalan kissed Akki's shoulder and cheek, "I would.. uh, certainly hope so?" he asked jokingly.

Akki poked Kalan lightly on the shoulder. "Are you laughing at me?"
She brushed his lips softly with hers as her gaze caught his.

Kalan's eyes softened when he replied, "Ne'er, my love." Brushing her lips with hers once more he stood up and held a hand out to Akki. "Talk more on the platform out there?" He asked, aching to get back into the water.

Akki smiled up at him as she allowed him to help her up. With a mischievious grin let her coverup up slide off her shoulders then kissed his cheek. "Race you?"
Before he could answer she was off toward the water, laughing as she ran.

Laughing as well, Kalan took off after Akki, barely keeping up behind her. Damn, my dear, you're fast he thought to himself. Enjoying himself he slowed down a little to catch his breath.
