So the poll didn't acknowledge two of the major deities and added a couple. I have a slight dilemma in that the poll didn't include my maternal patroness: Artemis! Someone also added Athena, which is correct.
Hades is one of my favorites in that he is a just and fair father and caretaker. His attention to detail in his realm is mirrored through his children that he patrons.
Artemis, though known for her aloof approach to parenting humans, is actually a very caring mother to those she patrons if they make the effort to be conscious practitioners of her views within reason.
Athena is a close third! She is a wonderfully close friend and confidant for any who seek knowledge for the sake of learning. She is also a wonderfully interesting teacher and guardian!
