Opening her eyes to the sound of quick footsteps, and of course, the sudden silence, Sheiro's eyes fluttered open immediatly, her bare palms against the grass shifted into fists, as if she were holding something. She heard nothing, saw nothing, but Geoff moving infront of her.
But there it was.. A ripple? My, my, what a party. There hasn't been so many people or creatures in this realm at one time.. Or at all... Getting to her feet, her hands still fisted, Raine's eyes shifted awkwardly.
"Watch yourself, Geoff.."

A shocked looked ran over the Angel's face as he turned to see the ripple still heading towards Raine. The warrior knew that he wasn't going to be able to hurt it, or even scare it away. So many things were going on since Geoff had entered the realm. The little boy, acting weird everytime Geoff would speak. The statue in the middle of the field, the story, the shadow of a dragon, appearing out of no where and threating to rip the angels head off. Geoff looked back to see Raine stand up, her fists clenched. Was she ready to fight? The warrior moved quick, trying to intercept the ripple before it reached Raine.

The ripple stopped and vanished again. Everyone was silent for a moment, then the ripple suddenly appeared again and flew towards Raine. Something small barreled into Geoff's leg and past him, colliding with Raine's leg. Raithill hugged her legs as tight as he could, his fist clentching onto her dress. He sniffed and squeezed harder.

Shiero was silent for a moment, though the sound of metal colliding with the firm ground sounded throughout the area. Two, long swords appeared on thr ground, as if they had been invisable moments before, but appeared once sh elet go of them.
"Oh, sweetie!" She woman said aloud, her arms wrapping around her son immediately. There was something wrong-- He was scared, wasn't he? Pressing a hand to the back of his head gently, holding the small figure in place supportively, Raine hoisted her son from the ground and up into her arms, cradelling Raithill against her chest comfortingly.
"What's the matter... Raithill? Honey? What's wrong?" She was afraid that she might have frightened him, or Geoff might have. Though he may have had a nightmare or bad dream of some kind... Shiero's voice was full of concern and worry... What was wrong with her? There was no on else in this realm besides herself, her son, and shadow. Geoff, was an exception.. However, no one else could necessarily enter the Realm-- it wasn't well known about...

Raithill materialized as Raine picked him up. He sniffed again and looked like he was about to cry. "I-I h-heard this t-terrible noise." he sniffled, his voice muffled slightly as he pressed his head into her chest. "A-a-and t-then everything w-was dark a-and y-you w-weren't t-there." Raithill began crying softly.

"Oh, honey, I'm sorry.." Shiero whispered softly, her lips pressed against her son's shoulder gently. She knew she shouldn't have been out here too long-- she shouldnt' have been out there at all! Her son woke up frightened and she wasn't there to support him immediatly.
"I'm so sorry sweetie.. What did you hear? What did it sound like?" She questioned him, patting his back gently in support. Still, it confused her slightly. Why would Shadow relapse and hide in fear from her son? She figured the last thing he would do was hide..

Raithill cryed for a bit and sniffed. "I-I-It w-was h-horrible." he repeated. "I-It w-was a loud r-roar or s-something." he cryed, gripping his mother tighter.

Shadow...
"I'm sure it was nothing, sweetie.." SHiero responded lovingly, turning her body a bit in sort of a rocking motion to ease her child.
"I promise I won't let it happen again, okay? I'll be up there next time you're scared.." She kept him in her arms tightly, her eyes almost welling up from her own stupidity.
"Come, honey, let's go inside..." She said quietly, glancing to Geoff, as if asking if he was coming inside as well. He could stay out here if he wanted to, that was no problem, she just needed to head inside...

"You two go ahead." The warrior put his lance back on his back and turned to smile at Raine. "I'll be fine, Ill be in right away." The Angel reassured her as he turned back to the statue. What is Geoff would of swung his lance? Then the little boy would think the warrior was trying to kill him. The blonde laughed as he pushed his hair out of his face and turned back to Raine and the Child. "10 to 15 minutes, Ill be in there." Maybe after they left, Shadow would come back out, and they could continue there talk.

Shiero nodded before turning to go inside. It was dark, yet much warmer inside. Continuing to pat her son's back supportively in attempt to stop the tear from streaming down his face, One of her hand slipped from around him, lighting a single candle. Once the wick caught flame, the gentle glow from the candle illuminated the room slightly, making most obects visable, but casted shadows everywhere.
Sliding her middle finger through the ring welded to metal holder, Raine picked up the candle as she began to advance through the cabin, her bare feet making a light noise on the rustic, wooden floor.
Moving up the stairs into the single, large bedchamber, Raine set the candle on the stand between her's and Raithill's bed. She stood there for a while, just with her son resting in her arms, waiting patiently for him to calm down. Once he seemed relaxed, she lowered his body against the smaller bed, pulling the sheets up around him. Shiero sat next to him immediatly, placing her hand on his shoulder just to let him know she was there... She would remain there 'till morning.

After the Angel seen that Raine and the little boy entered the cabin he turned back to look at the statue. "Now come out." Geoff said talking almost ot himself. If this Shadow was so protective then it should have no problem coming out if the warrior was the only on beside the statue.
"I have more questions."

"So?" said the voice of the creature with a slight laugh. "You think I'd tell you anything if you asked anyway? I think there's been enough talking for the moment." The wind swept over the flowers and shadows danced in the moonlight, but the creature didn't appear again.

Geoff looked around as he seen nothing but heard the dragons voice. "Didn't think you were that stubborn." The angel laughed to himself as he walked up closer to the statue, almost taunting the dragon. "I guess there has been enough talking." Geoff moved his hand up to the statue, but pulled away before he touched it. "I guess Ill see you around." The warrior turned and started walking back to the house.

"No, I don't think you will." said Shadow's voice. Suddenly a coil of shadow shot from the statue at Geoff's back. The snake's jaws opened wide, it's teeth aimed for the Geoff's neck.
((Shadow is in his non solid form, which means he can't hurt people, and normal weapons can't hurt him. But whenever he touches people he drains their strength.))

Geoff turned just in time to see the shadow coming at him. The angel had no time to responded as the shadow went right through him, bringing him to a knee. "What is this feeling?" The warriors strength was leaving his body fast and there was nothing he could do about it.
