I'm just glad its officially getting localized. ='D
Do you think they'll create a bundle similar to Ar Tonelico? Or will it be just the game (and extra best-of OST if purchased directly from their store)?
It would be great, but if it would strain NIS, then I wouldn't mind not having any since the game itself has a lot of content (though I'd love another art book). ^_^;
I'm not too despaired over the voices since it has the potential to grow and if one is not that pleased, you can always turn it off and imagine it, perhaps LOL.

I'm sure we can expect some sort of bonus item, NIS does a rather good job in providing them, as long as your quick to purchase it. ^_^ But to be honest, I'm just glad its going to be localized regardless of what it comes with. As for voices, I'll play it both ways, but this time around I'll probably play it more in Japanese then English. Only because Miyuki Sawashiro is one of my favorite seiyū. 4laugh I played Melody of Elemia in English because Karen Strassman (Aka: Mia Bradly) is my favorite English voice actress. ^_^

That doesn't mean the translation doesn't always sync up, but I know enough basics to decipher some of it without straining the meaning at least~ (so essentially, I'm not too picky on that even though Mana Khemia is kind of notorious recently on that though I was more happy of its localization than the flaws given) That's great that you know the seiyuus~ I don't always follow on that, but if the option is available, I usually would utilize the Japanese first and then English on subsequent playthroughs (I'm doing that with Ar Tonelico). ^^; Yeah, I don't mind any bonuses since Ar Tonelico II has a lot to offer to begin with not to mention a legit localization. heart

Now that Ive gotten so used to the Japanese voices from all the youtube videos I watched while waiting for this I really don't care about the english voices. As long as I get English text then Im happy. In fact, this might be the first game I play solely with Japanese voices. Its already the first game I followed since its Japanese announcement to its english release. Well, second if you count Brawl, which I don't since it turned out to be a big dissapointment for me (raises flame shield)
Besides, in the English version Chroche is spelled Cloche. HOW DARE THEY TOUCH CHROCHE-SAMA'S SACRED NAME! And no I don't care that they are pronounced identically.

But when I started playing Eternal Mana for the first time, I noticed a ton of voices I've heard in other places. Ever since then I've frequented IMDB, Anime News Network and Wikipedia just for looking up voice actors. ^_^

They did that? don't you just hate it when the translators misspell their name. oh yeah, ar tonelico as offically announced coming out in december.

I figured I should mention this. I've added a couple new character shrines and added a shrine list to make it easier to find certain characters. As you would expect, both of these updates are for our subforum Altena Church.

To update you on the RM-Costume Project, this is how much I've gotten done of the Suiseiseki costume for Misha and the Suigintou costume for Shurelia. More can be found in the Costume Edits thread.

(...What is it about the Shin Megami Tensei series that allows it to suck entire days out of my once semi-productive life? Oh right, its me)
Yeah its been awhile (again) but Im back and I have the AT2 Sacred Army set preordered along with Persona 4. Speaking of P4, after being used to the Jap voices I was shocked to hear Chie's english voice for the first time. Wonder what AT2's dub is going to be like...
But this brings up a dilemma. If I get AT2 and P4 at the same time....
WHICH AM I GOING TO PAY FIRST?!
