There were so many things she wanted to do, but Kana couldn't move, instead she lowered her gaze to the floor, too ashamed to even make eye contact. "Enki..." She couldn't find the words to express what she wanted to say, were there even any words she could say? "I... I..." Her head was spinning as she tried to find the right words. "Forgive me... please..."

*Enki walks over to hawk and wraps his arms around her, bringing her against his form, kissing the top of her head lightly*

Kana practically melted in Enki's arms as she buried her head in his chest. "I miss you... and Alex... so much..."

Kana was silent for a moment as she stood in Enki's arms. "Hushabye," her voice rose softly in song, a lullaby long forgotten. "Don't you cry, go to sleep my love. When you wake, you can have, all your pretty little Hawkling. Body and mind, heart and soul, everything that I am."

*Enki sighs softly and just holds her there, keeping her head to his chest as he gently pets her*

Finally, she had figured out how to get here. She felt bad that she hadn't put more of a priority on it, but Lucian always seemed so happy, and she wasn't sure how Enki would take anything. But it was time, before any weirder things began to happen.
They exited the portal, hand in hand. It was a petite, almost child like woman and a boy, taller than the woman who was his mother, though not by much, yet. His violet eyes met her own own, and she had to resist the urge to wrap him in a hug he was too old to appreciate. "How do you feel, Lucian?" She had to know how the place felt to him before even dreaming of introducing him to Enki.
He looked around, his eyes swirling from blue to violet and back again. Then he looked at his mother. "It's a beautiful island. Why are we here?" Simple question, with no real simple answer.
"This is the home of Enki Leviathan." He pointed out to the waters, where the leviathans could be heard crooning. Fae's eyes softened. "And it's time you met him."

*Enki sits quitely in his library, near the back of the very large room where he keeps his old and rare books. He slowly browsws through them, his finger slowly trailing over books from the 1800's, books written back in Atlantian times. A soft sigh escapes his lips before turning and heading toward the stairs, heading up them tp the long hallway leading to his chambers.
Enki opens the large wooden doors before closing them behind him. He looks around, then toward the window as he hears the leviathans outside begin to rial up about something. He walks to the large, open window in his room and looks down and sees two people he doesn't recognize, but yet, at the same, time, he feels as if he knows them somehow*

Fae lifted a hand and looked up, spotting a telltale streak of blue hair that matched the hair on the boy beside her. Smiling softly, she patted Lucian's shoulder and gently moved him forward. He looked over towards her, then up to where she had been looking, seeing also a streak of blue like his own.
"Mum..." Fae stopped and looked at her son and sighed.
"Yes?"
"Is that him in that window up there?" Fae nodded, without even having to look up. "Yes, it is. Now move it!" She swatted at him, and grabbed his hand. And as tiny as she was, she was still strong, and Lucian was caught off guard. And so before he even thought to struggle against his mother, they were at the grand doors, and Fae was knocking. The Leviathans kept up the crooning, and Fae knocked harder, as she blushed in rememberance.

*Watching the woman and the boy walk up toward the large doors to the entrance of his home, it suddenly dawns on him who this woman is and how he remembes her. Enki doesn't bother wasting time in going down to the doors. His eyes glow a bright blue as icicles start forming on the window under him. The ice starts getting thicker before it forms into steps going down to the beach. He starts walking down them, the ice melting after he has stepped off of them and he turns to face Fae and the boy*
Hun, don't you know that you don't have to knock?

Fae blushed, about as bright red as her hair. "I was just trying to be polite, love." The endearment slipping out before she had even realized. Now the young man beside her, who, except for his eye color, was the mirror image of Enki facially, looked back and forth between his mother and Enki, then stuck his hand out.
"Hello."

"Lucian..." She nods her head, then sighs when the boy seems stubborn. "Enki...This is Lucian ...our son." Her hands were gripped tightly at her sides, the effort this was costing her painfully obvious. She looked up him, deathly afraid of what he might say, but also afraid not to hear it.
