"hmph" cloud quickly faded and appear next to neoshin and knocked him away with great strength as he fades again making at least for quasi clones which attempt to strike neoshin with extreme speed as cloud fades behind neoshin then walks away as his quasi clones attempt to strike him sumultaneosly" you shouldnt allowed yourself to be touched that easiliy".

Neoshin only stood there as he was'nt very intimidated with his speed, they were in fact the same speed so there was no way he could'nt catch a good movement. Even though his attacks landed apon him Neo would only stand where he was and stare straight forward as he would start to fade also in Clouds eyes. Neo was using his byukaugan to see his moves in a slowed vision and move about 1 inch across his strikes from left to right missing his attacks by a thread. On the last shot Cloud was barely able to graze Neoshin's cheek as he turned around and tried to walk away but probally did'nt notice that his attack was invaild "Hey! WHere do you think your going..... were not even close to being done yet. You may be a Hokage with a great amount of chakra, but don't let your ego get over the fact that we are nearly exacally the same in attributes. Now fight me like you mean it." Neoshin would take his Iron Fist stance again waiting for a serious approach towards him.

(sorry about that dude didnt mean to do that I had to leave vey quickly yesterday) cloud turned arround to neoshin with is rinnegan activated "me like you fool im far from any human as possible im the inheritor of the rinnegan foolish human, you are powerless against these eyes" cloud quickly strike the ground foward with a air palm thrust at great intensity towards neoshin with flying debree from the wooden floor.

Using the Kaiten technuiqe or the Spinning Heavens, Neoshin would quickly twirl his body around rapidly making a chakra dome cover him as the debree was deflected to the sides of him and Neoshin stopped after it was over looking back at him with dissapointment "Hmmm..... not good enough. You and me are ver simular even with your special eye of yours. Power comes from those who deserve it, but you bieng born with that eye gives you a handicap. With me however I have to work for my highest potentials and that is more than enough to defeat you." Neoshin would move a bit to the side and stare down his opponent then starting a dash forward as he would leap straight Cloud and deliver a series of three powerfull kicks to his chest with the last one going for his chin using the Leaf Rising Wind attack, even if they were blocked Neoshin's strength was so high that even the heaviest of men would be thrown up into the air by just the sheer force.

cloud faded from neoshin's attack, and appears behind him sitting down looking at him dissapionted "hmm disapointing it seems you dont know what the rinnegan is huh what a disgracefull lack of knowledge" cloud walk away "hmph you dont even know where the byakugan itself originated from, but that lack of knowledge will become your greatest downfall so please come with something a little bit more skillfull" cloud looks back with his rinnegan "and I thought you akatsuki to be somewhat a little bit more advanced then that".

Neoshin catches himself on his arm and twist around landing to his feet standing back up facing Cloud. His eyes squinted with a angry look but he would hold back his anger and smile for a moment laughing to himself as the Hokage would decide to leave "Well well well, you finally figured me out huh. Congrats i'm impressed your knowledge goes that far. I'll let you run away from me today, go ahead...... leave this dojo and enjoy yourself in your village with your happy little helpers you call shinobi, but just know this. As a Akatuski member I am not allowed to use my full abilties to anyone until a certain situation comes along. Even you a Kage of this village, is'nt enough to satisfy my true strength's. So go on, get out of here and think your the bigger and stronger man." Neoshin turns around also and walks to the edge of the wall Cloud knocked down earlier "But now that you have made me a bit annoyed, I will slowly make your village suffer until you decide to fight me with your best because if you don't, everyone will die and it will be all your fault..... Buhahahahahahaha!!!!!!" He would laugh his butt off dissapearing instantly with body flicker leaving a ice cold wind behind as a reminder of his appearance in their village.

cloud picked up his sword and looked at rhulain "hmm playing with him was dissapointing he left before I get to do this" cloud made a quick swipe his his chokouto and instantly half of the entire dojo was severed in two, as he puts his sword away cloud gets up and leaves a note on the entrance stating repiar construction will be fixed in a few days.

cloud arives back at the dojo to do some repairs, he strat to make handsigns "wood release: four pillars home technique" cloud summoned wooden pillars to appear from the ground weaving arround the destoryed dojo as it forms an even larger and more beautifull dojo "there much better" cloud knocked the repair notice off the tip of the hidden leaf symbol with a kunai.

Rhulain's eyes turn black and he gets into a figthing stance, "bring it" he then thinks for a second..."wait didnt you want to master the kage byakugan? well how about here and now?" he drops his stance

Rhulain shifts his feet and a large wall of earth blocks the fire ball at the last second..."wow, he's fast" he finishes the hand signs and a large funnel of air filled with wind shurikans forms above his head...it explodes and hundreds of thousands of wind shurikans fly in every direstion with great speeds(except for at Rhulain of course)
