A few Evolving Items from the Cash Shop:
Trilune's Covenant has a notebook pose. It's still evolving, so I don't know if there will be more.
Master Alchemist has a couple of scroll poses.
Sainte Ciel starts as a book, however, as soon as you click it to equip, you have to choose a story and the book disappears.
