I m not in the crew directly but I help Omi with his guilds so let me answer. What he tryed to say is, that depending on what you want to roleplay is where you start and the plot you follow. The guild have many plots at the moment moving all the time.

I think we need to figure out something for all the folks who don't post as they say they can. Waiting 3, 4, or more days for someone who said in their profile that they'll be posting every day (or mulitple times a day) is utterly ridiculous. This goes double for people playing teachers that never show up.

I know they do, but if they're gonna be away that often, there profiles should say so. No point in having the 'how often can you post' if no one gives you a truthful answer in it.

Sub-zero_Alchemist We should have a timing system so that all the classes will end at the same time. Unfortunately, with teachers that don't show and people with different abilities to access the internet, such a system is literally impossible. What we're going to have to do is accept that people can have thier character posting in multiple places at once with the same character, otherwise it's going to take years IRL just to get out of the Academy, which most of us would like to do ASAP.

I don't mind staying in the academy and actually builing up my character a little.

is it just me or is it that the zanpaktou advancement course is not accessible? because i cant seem to get into it, its keeps saying, something like pageination database error or something like that

Kenkaru I love the accademy and the drama that can be created on it, remember roleplaying is about building a story not obtaining power and becoming all mighty. That bores, no matter what you are doing, D&D, MORPG, anything the moment you reach the top you no longer want to play. Yes, but you're convinced that the Academy is the only way to have real role-playing. I could have my limits of power entirely maxed and still happily roleplay. It's getting to those limits that tends to bore me, as it often gets repetitive (or people aren't around, like with the classes and teachers).

Never said that... but when you reach the top things turn boring cause there is ntohing else to do, now when you start from 0 and climb to a highter place you trylly enyoy behing there.
