    //[a.few.words]
    Okay... So this is a really big leap, I don't know if this'll work, but I'm pretty sure if it does, it'll be funfunfun. Yeah. Here we go:

    //[how.this.works]
    It's not that hard, it's basically roleplaying but writing in a diary at the same time. :3
    Like this:

Roleplayer A
Dear diary,
People are so strange.
Like this morning, I walked up to Robert to ask him if he wanted to go to the cafe for lunch, but he looked totally spaced out and dazed. It was really weird and creepy. Totally uncharacteristic for such a focused guy...

Roleplayer B
Dear diary,
I'm so confused. I don't know what's happening. One moment I get flashbacks of all the things I think I did... And the next moment it all goes away.
This morning Keira came to me and asked me something, but I barely remember it at all...

    So yeah... It's not hard at all, is it? Now I didn't add any descriptions for the sake of it being nice and short but you can/should.

    //[laws]
    1. Follow the laws
    2. Follow the ToS
    3. Be good :3
    4. Be literate/intermediate-advanced
    5. At least type a paragraph (5 sentences-ish). I don't want funkeh one-liners... They just create this awkward silence in your post... An emptiness, if you will.
    6. If you have writer's block, fill it up with descriptions. It works, believe me.
    7. PM your profiles to me. It's not that hard.
    8. Make the subject of your PM simple. Like 'RP' or 'Joining' or something.
    9. Romance/violence/blah is accepted
    10. Post in diary-esque format or else. That pretty much is the point of this whole thing
    11. READ, dangit. And make sure you don't miss any details
    12. Anything I forgot, and you know it's bad, don't do it.

    //[plot.setting.etc]

    Dear diary,

    In this world, we live in darkness. There is no soothing light at the end of the tunnel to light our way, there is no sun, no moon, to guide us through this endless night. And every day, we stumble and trip ignorantly, while others above us misuse their power without us even knowing.

    We. Us. When I say that, I mean me and my people. The ones that live in houses that can barely be called homes, streets that can never be called houses. People that the government steps on every day.

    And the worst part is that most of us go through with out lives and don't even think about it.

    London is a crazy place. Nowadays it's bustling with foreign folk hawking their charms and herbs and other wares to the government. It's noisy, overcrowded, and over-poluted. You can't even smell anything but engine smoke. The buildings look depressed, their once red brick walls blackened by the dirty air. The winter has been so cold that chimneys constantly pipe out dark smoke. All you can hear is noise, noise, noise. Cars honking sternly, people yelling profanity across the streets, crows cawing and arguing over crumbs.

    But away from all the hustle and bustle, you can find us. Some of the luckier people can afford to board in The Boar, a rundown and rotting pub. And the only thing The Boar can serve is cheap beer, dirty water, and bread that's been housed for over a year. The people who aren't so lucky get to board in the streets. It's not the most pleasant thing in the world. The ground is cobblestone, and muddy water gets stuck in the cracks, housing all sorts of disgusting creatures. Some of us can salvage cardboard boxes and disassemble them to use as beds. Some of us even have blankets, if you could call them that. But most of us are wearing the clothes we've either worn for a year or recently stolen. Some of us don't even have shoes.

    Let me tell you about the rich people. Most of them work for the government. Because if you don't work for them, you'll never get rich. And there's only one way to apply for the job. Prove that you have magical abilities.

    ::more later, lol... i gotta go::
