Wandering was something that the Defense Attorney Kitsusagi found himself doing more and more in recent days. It was a pleasant experience to wander out, sniff out the terrain, and learn his way around. Phoenix Wright had found himself becoming more and more confident in venturing further out from the house he had been staying in. Each day, he took a longer walk, pushing the boundaries of his knowledge of the area, also making note of where good things were to eat should he need a snack while out in the wilderness.
He was still a domesticated Kitsusagi though, that was very apparent. Despite his discoveries, he still liked nothing more than to curl up in a warm blanket at night, and burgers. Those couldn't be found in the wild!
Phoenix ventured out of the Mountain territory altogether today, even daring to take springing leaps off the ground, sailing on his wings for a moment or two. He had to admit, it felt very nice... although horridly frightening. He hated heights.
The Kitsusagi springed into the air again, testing to see how high he would go. Suddenly, a large gust of wind tossed him high into the air, causing him to loudly yell out in fright. He flared out his wings in his fear, only adding more height to his clumsy flight. He squeezed his eyes shut, daring not to close his wings. The Kitsusagi in the smart blue suit soon sailed over Realm territory, crashing down in the branches of a large tall oak tree.
He tumbled down through the leaves, hooking his tie on one of the upper branches, making a loud choking noise as the tie fabric sharply yanked into his throat and neck area.
"Accck!!"
He began to wiggle, but he found himself quite, quite stuck now. He attempted to pry the winchester-style knot in his tie out, but it was stuck hard and wouldn't budge. Just like him right now.
"Damn it..." He muttered to himself, looking down. He made a loud whimper and quickly wished he hadn't, squeezing his eyes shut again.

It was a fine day for flying, not really having any worries. All was well at home, Mami finally had her eggs and she had her mother were constantly moving them about from different nest to different nest, Hanzi and Gypsy were fretting over the brown and green egg that was one of the offspring of him and Imelsyia and everyone else was tut tutting over the newest hatchling, Lily Rose Potter, daughter of Ginny Weasley and Harry Potter!
Right now she was getting a break and flying about in the Realm territory. She stopped her flying about to hover as she thought she heard a crash nearby, in the trees just up ahead. Flapping her wings, she soared over and hovered again when she saw quite a sight. A winged male, with strange looking cloths, was obviously stuck in the tree.
Not wasting time, she flapped over and started working on getting him unstuck, "That's the thing about trees sometime, they can be quite a nuisance when they get in the way!" she said.

Phoenix stared at the new arrival, icy blue eyes blinking hard at her appearance. He loudly whimpered in fear, sharply flapping his wings in an attempt to escape from her. It didn't work at all, and he only ended up making himself choke, having to give up on that altogether.
"Are you OK there...?" He said suddenly, the nervousness in his voice very apparent. "You're... you... you look hurt! Badly..."
He watched what she was up to, and took the hint, staying as still as possible, save for the fact he was still visibly shaking. He remained in his awkward position, paws gripping hard onto the tree branches.

She worked on getting his tie loose from the branch and once she got it loose, she hopped onto another branch to push the other branches off him, "I am just fine, you seem like the one who is in trouble!" she said in a gentle manner.

Once free, Phoenix immediately retreated back, wings flaring out, bashing into branches behind him. He stumbled for a moment as he struggled to stand on other branches, but soon found a secure position, icy blue eyes staring at her once again, wide-eyed.
He had seen a lot of things in his time so far but Morgana's appearance was certainly something he had never encountered before. He mentally noted that she had wings, and could use them. He was immediately envious of that.
"I'm alright..." He said finally. "Although I have to thank you. If I had slipped, my tie was going to hang me, or something... while that would make somebody very happy, it certainly wouldn't be any good for me!"
He gave her a nervous grin. "I'm uh... I'm Phoenix Wright. What's your name?"

Morgana flapped her way to a branch and sat at a distance from him, seeing he was having trouble getting his barings in the tree. She tilted her head when he said that, but gave a gentle smile, "My name is Morgana, it's very nice to meet you Phoenix Wright. And I am sure alot of people would be sad and upset if your tie ended up taking your life." she said, laying herself down, her halo draping over one of her ears.

"Morgana, huh?" He repeated, as if putting the name to memory. "Well, thanks again, Morgana - I really appreciate the help. It was really nice of you to just come and help out some guy you don't even know. As for my tie taking my life, you're probably not right there - I know of folks who would rejoice in knowing I was dead. Not everbody likes lawyers."
He bowed his head to her in thanks. ""I don't think I could-- WHOA!!" The movement immediately caused the Kitsusagi to stumble forwards, grabbing at the nearest available branch for support. His firey wings flared out in response, twitching slightly in the breeze. Instinct was practically demanding he fly out of the tree, but the Kitsusagi himself would absolutely not listen to it. It was bad enough being this high off the ground...
"Hahaa.." He grinned nervously. "Ignore that. I'm not so great at this stuff yet. Still getting used to things." Once again, he found himself staring at her appearance, curious blue eyes blinking at her in disbelief.
"Um..." He said finally, ears lowering. "What happened to you? Do you need to be bandaged up, or taken to a hospital?"

"It's quite alright, it takes a while to know how to use ones wings if they aren't really born with them." she said, sitting back gracefully. She blinked over his question and then looked at herself, "I....I have forgotten...I stopped feeling the pain of my cuts many, many years ago, and I have just never stopped bleeding." she said in a low tone.

"You never stop bleeding? That sounds.. really uncomfortable. Don't the injuries become infected at all?" He said hurriedly. "Wait, I know. There's a log cabin up on the Mountain not that far away from here. If I take you there, we can use the first aid kit to bandage you up, how does that sound?"
He looked down, and promptly wished he hadn't. The male Kitsusagi clinged onto some more sturdy branches, leaning against the tree trunk, eyes wide with fear.
"I'll take you there... provided we can get down first..."

She gave a low chuckle, shaking her head, "No amount of healing or bandages will ever stop my bleeding. My body has been this way for many years, and it will continue to be this way. I am fine, really I am. Now lets find a way to get you down from this tree." she said, flapping her wings.

"I ah..." Phoenix began, stuttering. "I-I.. I like it up here. Thanks for the offer, but that's OK. The... the view is nice." He tried to give her a convincing grin as if to fortify his statement, but his underconfidence right now would have undermined any attempt at looking brave.
"You're alright, then?" He sighed, eyeing her once more. "As long as you're sure about that... because I'm not just going to walk away from an injury case. That's just wrong."

She nodded her head, "Yes, I am quite sure. And if you really do like it up here, I can just....be on my way and let you enjoy your view." she said, giving a sweet smile, but she wouldn't truly leave him.

"I..." Phoenix sighed, lowering his head, looking defeated now. Lying was never a strong suit of his, he never liked to do it either. The only reason he had been lying in this case was to cover up weakness. The female ahead of him hadn't mocked him yet, and he supposed she probably wouldn't, either. He felt that he could probably trust her with some more information.
"Look, I..." He said finally, giving up with his attempts to sound OK. "I'm sorry. Truth is, I'm stuck up here. I can't fly, I hate heights and..." He looked down, whimpering. "I don't know how to get down!!"
He muttered, pinning his ears back as far as they would go. "Last time I ever try flying..."

She smiled gently, in a motherly sort of way and she landed on a branch close by him, "That is all you had to say really, I would have been more then happy to help you find a way down. How about we take it branch by branch, slowly so you don't fall. I'll be by your side." she said in a gentle manner.

"Branch by branch, huh...? That works for a while, but then.. there's a sudden drop to the bottom." Phoenix frowned, looking quite bothered with his current situation. "Are you sure that's going to work, ma'am?"
He ducked his head suddenly, then began to pick the leaves and sticks out of his hair. "This day really isn't going very well at all..." He muttered aloud, sighing. "But uh, thanks for helping. I'll follow you, I guess."
He continued to grip onto the tree branches, not looking like he was actually intending to move anywhere right now.
