other: Athos has been captain of the pantheress since his father left him it at the age of 14 he doesn’t know any other life, it is apparent that at some point he got frisky with someone as other wise he wouldn’t have his daughter, however he won’t speak of it to anyone, he’s a quiet person in general and won’t let many get close to him, tis the way of a pirate captain.

other: Anubis is the daughter of Athos, an unofficial first mate if you will, he trusts her above all, he’s taught her all he knows and she is willing to do anything her father commands. She is loyal, tough, and so much a tomboy that most of the crew overlook the captains soft spot for the little one who comes with them everywhere. She’s a bit of a mascot and they all are used to being a sort of big brother to her, at least the ones that have been there for a long time********************************************************

other: Formerly the captain of another pirate ship, the Temptest Dream, up until the point that the old ship was utterly annihilated by a combination of Royal Navy cannon and a terrible storm. He was saved by a passing, friendly ship and taken to Tippecanoe, where he has spent his time working odd jobs. Stories of the crew of the Pantheress have trickled to him by way of gossiping merchants, and he has set in mind to join the crew- not to overcome the captain, for he knew that one, he could not, and two, stories of Athos were part of what inspired his career as a pirate to begin with. He has stayed in Tippecanoe in hopes of finding the crew of the Pantheress, and undertaking their test- to prove himself worthy of joining their crew.*

*As the moon rose high in the sky the row boat came into port, and tied up the little boat, the port man didn't dare ask for the chiling it was to tie up the boat, he knew all too well who were the two that were coming to port. And although he knew the two were friendly enough he didn't try his luck.

"This port seems Kinda dead." The female said as she sat down at a table with two drinks, looking at her father across from her.

"We shall give it a Chance and see if any present themselves, if not we'll sail on the high tide tomorrow, who knows maybe one will show that has the heart and soul to join the crew."

"Eh, What ever, This place is like the old pirates hide out, there must be somewhere the younger ones go!"

"I'm ashamed that you would say that... Are you saying you're wishing to find yourself a bit of a boy mate?"

"No! I just mean As honorable and as old as this port is, its not the nightlife like some of the newer ports. There are no whores in the street here, or well too many drunks laying in the street, and most of the sort we're looking for you would think would be at Tortuga."

"My dear, the ones we're looking for are the old style pirates, not these new barbarians who think anyone who slits a throat can join!"

*A voice nearby them rose in answer, joining the conversation as they spoke of Tortuga, and the degredation of the pirates of the day*
"Aye. . . These days, any common thief thinks that with a ship and a crew, he can call himself a pirate, killing without mercy and without thought. And Tortuga? I wouldnt recommend picking up a crew there, unless your desperate. I did because I had no choice, and what became of my ship as a result, well..."
*A piece of wood was tossed onto the table, the wood splintered and blackened by cannon fire*
"Thats all thats left of it."
*The figure leaned forward into the candlelight, brushing a strand of his hair out of the way as his ears flickered forward. A scar ran down his cheek over his left eye, still red- it hadnt happened all that long ago, it seemed*
"My name is Anghammarad. Former captain of the pirate ship Temptest Dream. And who might you two be?"

"I should like to join, if I could, then. I'm not surprised you didnt hear of it. I had it a time, but my exploits were ursurped, stolen from me by those I once trusted, attributing their own ships' name in place of my own." *He gave a small shrug* "The name of your ship, if I can know it?"

"For that, I am grateful- Thank you. I will do my best aboard the Pantheress, m'lord, m'lady." *he bows his head, his ears half laid-out to the side* "What might I be able to do in your service, before the ship sets sail?"

"I have not many. I shall return shortly with my possessions, then." *HE tilts his head slightly, an eyebrow raising slightly at the male's amused smile, before seeming to give a mental shrug and straightening up, padding from the room, tail twitching and pulling the door closed behind him as he exited*
