i heard you can get harriet to give you guy haircuts (if your character's a girl) if you get all of the girl haircuts. and i did that, but she didn't offer to give me a guy haircut. how come? o_o

It's more so a matter of developing a friendly relationship with her (visit often, talk, etc.) when she will offer you the alternate cuts.

I BELIEVE [Not sure] that you have to talk to her a couple times everyday for a whole week or so.
