User ImageLeini puffed out her chest. She was growing quite nicely. She was much taller now and she could peer over high grass by sitting on her back legs and virtually standing, which she was doing at the moment. Playful red eyes glanced around and a grin was placed happily on her overexcited maw. She did find her brother, yes, but he was sleeping soundly in the high grass close by. He was slowly regaining his strength from being malnourished for so long.

However, the spunky young adult was not looking for her brother at the moment. She was looking for someone else. Once she spotted the blue against the high grass, she lowered herself so she could walk towards the figure of the Adult she had traveled with since pup-hood. “Inyoni,” She called through the grass, hoping to catch his attention without pouncing him.

An earth colored forepaw split some of the grass so the adolescent female could peer through some of the grass hoping to catch a glimpse of the blue colored male.

User Image Inyoni's ears twitched as he surveyed the grasses within the tall grass, his head just peering out over the thick grass. He was trying to keep hidden, though it was not a necessity at this moment in time. Indigo eyes glinted as the sun shone into them, before Leini's voice carried over the usual sounds of the savana grass. He looked back towards the rustling grasses heading for him.

"Leini." He spoke, a small grin comming over him as he stood to go search out the white and grey, bovine printed female. "How's your brother doing?" He asked casually as he came into the same area, and the girl came into sight. He himself was quite shocked to find her brother, though was happy for her none the less.

Leini smiled. "He's doing fine," she commented with a smile. She was happy. Things were looking up for her. "He's sleeping it off right now." Leini's bright red eyes gleamed pleasently as she spoke. The adolesent's tail wagged a bit as she spoke of her brother.

"What about you?" She asked. "How are you doing?" She said with a calm tone. Growing up has pushed her into suiting her name. Delicate, gental, and stunning to say the least. The smiled at the blue male, and sat down on some grass she flattened.

"Ah~." He chimed with a warm smile, sitting down with her. "You must be so happy to have found him after all this time. He must also have changed quite a lot since you last seen him as a small pup." He noted with a small chuckle, shutting his eyes to enjoy the rare breeze that blew through his fur.

"Myself? I'm doing quite well. Trying to determine where I shall be heading off next... I still havn't found the White Rain, even after travelling to the south... Yet something has caught my interest on our travels."

"He did change quite a bit," she said, though that did not falter her smile. "But..." She grinned even wider. "At least I know he's safe and sound now..." Leini felt the breeze as well and smiled softly to it.

"It's good that you're doing well then," Leini gave a small giggle. And looked back to him. She blinked curiously at the older male. "What's caught your interest?" she asked with a curious tone.

"The mountains." He stated, flicking his tail as he turned to look at the large greyish objects quivering in the heat of the horizon. "The tops... they're white." He pointed out. "I noticed this when we were closer to them that the heat didn't distort their image.
"You don't suppose that the White Rain is up there... do you?" He asked, tilting his head. "Though.. If it was.. It would be dangerous to go and see."

"The white caps?" She questioned turning her head towards the mountains as well. "Well, it might be... You might need to ask a Klipspringer to go for you. I'm pretty sure one can get close to the top. Or at least tell you about it..." She said. She knew her share of Klipspringers to know they could virtually stand on the sides of mountains.

"I know one..." She thought back to Chachili. "I don't know if she climbed the mountains or not. We could ask her?" She questioned herself looking up slightly in thought.

Inyoni's gaze turned from the mountains, looking back down at the grass. "Being told of it wouldn't nearly be the same as seeing it for youself..." He said, sounding a little saddened. "I would prefer to go and visit the White Rain.. even if it meant suffering to get up the mountain to see it."

Leini gave a small laugh. "A guide wouldn't hurt either you know," She said with a smile, tilting her head a bit. "Or at least knowing before suffering to go up and finding nothing..." She smiled at him almost as sadly.

Inyoni nodded in understanding. "Yes.. that would be wiser, wouldn't It?" He asked, sighing. "It's strange.. I've looked all my life and when I think I may have caught a glimpse of it.. I feel.. scared.." He said, looking back at her. "Why do you think that may be?"

Leini thought for a second. She thought back to something her father would say. "Hmm..." She paused for a second. "Well, let me ask you this. Do you know what you're going to do after you find the thing you've been looking for?" She questioned. "I mean... Do you know anything else?"

She paused for a second to wonder if she worded that right. "She looked to him, awaiting his answer.

"What will you do once you find it?" She asked. She gave a sad smile. It's how she felt when she found her brother. She didn't know what to do with her life anymore after she found her brother. She isn't the same naive child anymore.

"I don't." He replied simply, flicking his tail. "I mean.. I was hoping maybe this strange rain would perhaps give me some kind've clue to what I should be doing.. why I keep envisioning the same dream whenever I would shut my eyes. I hope, at least, maybe finally seeing it will change the dreams in my head to something different, another lead, perhaps.." He sighed softly, before looking away.

"You still don't know what you wish to do, now that you have found your brother?" He asked, knowing that she hadn't seemed to have made any plans since then.
He himself wandered what he would do the moment he actually found the snow, let alone what would happen AFTER.

"Perhaps," Leini said with a small smile. Brighter this time, however. "Maybe it will, maybe it won't. You never know though. That's how life is I guess."

"Me and my brother... I dunno. I was thinking of facing my father... And seeing how that would go. I don't know though..." She wondered aloud. "But..."

Leini paused for a second.

"I'll decide when the time comes I guess. I'll let life lead me..." She smiled. "I'm not good at planning things anyways. They always turn out different..."

She gave a light giggle and looked up to the sky.

"But I guess... Taking life as it comes is easier for me... It runs in my traveling blood..." She sighed. "On both sides of my family. I've got a traveling heart, you know?"

She smiled with a glint in her eye.

Inyoni laughed softly. "Yea, that's just how it is. I wouldn't say Traveling runs in my veins, only my instincts. I follow my dreams, like the rest of my old pack." He told her. "Though usually, the dreams tend to stay within the area."

He shook his mane free of the dust that he had picked up recently, looking back to her once again. "Will you still be traveling with me, or will you be staying with your brother here. I don't know if he would be comming or not."

Leini thought for a second, red eyes gleaming with thought. "I don't know..." She finally decided. "I don't know if I could leave my brother again... And... I don't know if I don't want to travel up to the montains..."

She sighed; indecisive.

"How long...?"

She dropped the question to let it linger in the air for a second. The adolesent took a deep breath before starting again. "How long to you plan on staying here before you decide to go up?" She questioned the older male.

It would be... odd, to say the least, if she wasn't going to be traveling with Inyoni anymore. He's been all she had known since she was small. She looked up to him as a mentor, teacher, and friend. It would be odd.

She took another deep breath and 'hmm'ed' silently.
