Lunch: -A subway turkey sandwich, w/o mayo. (250 calories.) -A diet mountain dew. -Snacks- -1 Popsicle. 20 calories. (around 3) -about 15-20 strawberry's. (around 4:30) -I'm sure this doesn't count as a snack, but I've had like 7 bottles of water today. (it's 5pm) A snickers energy bar- 220 calories, (around 5:40)Dinner:Ramen- 280 calories. Whether you're hungry or not, I'd strongly suggest you eat something like cereal or oatmeal or something like that (more than 6 strawberries, at least) for breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day! It jump starts your metabolism, which will slow down if you skip breakfast or don't eat the right breakfast.
Also: ditch the soda and mayo. x3 There are plenty healthier alternatives to both.. such as flavored water and mustard. x3 Especially don't have soda in the morning, though. You might as well just eat 20 tablespoons of sugar and call it a morning.
It's not a terrible intake, but it has room for improvement. x3

Ramen, while extremely delicous, isn't a real meal. The flavoring is MSG, not actually real food. It's all empty calories, and I'm assuming a lot of salt. Replace it with whatever food the ramen's flavor was (chicken, pork etc.) and of course don't skip breakfast. I read in Prevention magazine awhile ago that Diet Soda can be just as bad as regular soda, just cut all those sodas out. Three could be ok in a week, but not a day.

Even diet pop has artificial sweetners and WILL make you gain weight. It is junk food. Replace all your sodas with some nice fruit, or a handful of nuts.
Ramen is also junk. Try maybe having some grilled fish, with brown rice or beans, and plenty of veggies.
You need to be eating something filling for breakfast, as well as getting your carbs. generally, most people should consume most of their carbs in the morn ing, and have as few as possible closer to dinner.
So nice wholegrains like oatmeal or multigrain bread for breakfast, and nothing like pasta or bread for dinner, unless you exercises a lot at night.
'energy' bars are generally also a bad choice, as they contain mostly sugars and preservatives. If you need a boost of energy, try some fruits, a bit of avacado, and whey protein in a homemade shake. Hemp hearts are also great energy, but be careful to only eat a teaspoon or so at a time, as they are (naturally) fatty.

@ Spleen:
I agree (about the diet coke). My one friend has a serious addiction to diet soda and tried to kick it last year.. and then they came out with diet coke "plus" which, you know, has "added vitamins" and some other rot.. so she quick trying to stop drinking it, because it's "healthy" now. neutral I don't get it. So what if they've added zinc? It's still got all the crap it had in it before. scream

I'd try adding more vegetables to your diet as well. You eat some fruit, which is really good, but vegetables would be a very welcome addition. They are very good sources of dietry fibre, folic acid, various vitamins and minerals.
You could try eating raw vegetables cut up and nuts as snacks.
Definitely eat a good breakfast. You boost the metabolism when you eat it. I usually try and have a hearty breakfast, if I have time before work, with a mix of protein and carbohydrates, like a roll with tuna, chilli, goat's cheese and any type of vege I feel like. That's just me though xD.
