Well, I had thought that he was her father, but then I remembered that the intro post had implied that Chronos was her father, which would make her and Zeus siblings, right? Or something...
But now I'm not entirely sure.
Persephone's mother might have cheated on Chronos with Janus, and thus came Persephone, but I'm really not sure.
I don't have any other guesses.

Interesting theory but nonetheless its very far off from the truth. Demeter only loved Cronos, and she was the love of his life. Read his posts carefully for he is always giving hints to his identity. mrgreen
