Baldric was walking along down the path that lead into the park with one arm stretched out parallel from the ground as he did so. Attached to the arm and swinging off of it was his new, adopted daughter Fenrir. The girl was so energetic and he had gotten the distinct impression that if he didn't bring her out to play Hari was going to have a fit. An angry Hari was scarier then any of the slasher fills that he'd ever seen in his life, more so then all of them combined. He wasn't one of those loud, crazy sorts. No Hari would smile at him calmly, tell him that things needed to be sorted out quickly, then he would go for a walk. Normally in the time it took him to walk he came up with some sadistic plan for revenge...

Baldric was a step ahead of the game having caught the girl around her waist and carried her out of the house at run.

Fenrir believing it some sort of fun knew game had yet to release his arm instead having to much fun swinging on it, climbing on it, and once or twice even flipped upside down to hang off the arm by her legs. Strong little thing as well as acrobatic, maybe he should get her one of those giant trampoline to expend her energy on? That could work.

"We are almost to the playground equipment, then you can climb on a real jungle gym and not just my boring old arm." Baldric said.

"Ah? Hahaha, Daddy couldn't be boring!" Fenrir chimed in, ears flicking back and forth, tail wagging as she started to swing herself then jumped landing in the grass alongside the path, "Ta-dah!" She put her hands on her hips and gave a pose.

"Very good." 'Daddy' said, giving a clap for the girl who was grinning happily at his attention that was showered upon her, "Now about that playground?" He himself had the biggest urge to sit in a swing, no doubt cause he hadn't played in that sort of thing for years upon years.

She nodded rapidly then grabbed on of his hands on both of hers and started to tug her giant of a daddy along towards the toys.

Baldric moved over to sit in one of the swings more then a little pleased that it didn't break of something equally as bad. It would have been funny as hell mind you but a little bit embaressing at the same time. He looked at Fenrir who had abandon his side to run back and forth along the edge of a huge half sphere of mental that was the jungle gym, "Kya! It looks like a half a pokeball." She was giggling as she moved to crawl up onto it, forgetting it would seem that she was wearing a skirt.

He wondered if that was something he should warn her over then decided that since she was rather young someone seeing the undies wouldn't really mean anything. Though if he caught anyone looking he would still beat them to a pulp...

"Do your best! And don't fall!" He called out to her, she wasn't on the insurance card yet so she wasn't allowed to get hurt.

Fenrir waved as if to show she understood before getting to the top of the metallic creation and much to his unhappiness stood up on it and crossed her arms over her chest as she looked out over her 'kingdom'. Her brown eyes widened as she caught sight of something bright and about her size coming this way, "Ooo, pretty color."

The Eevee was more then a little pleased when suddenly the pretty colored girl was coming to her. She gave a wag of her fluffy tail as she took a couple steps across the bars, arms flapping to keep her balance, "Hello, hello!" She greeted her new companion.

Oooo! Up close she wasn't all one color she had other colors of orange on her as well, even prettier at this distance, "You came to play too?" She asked, hoping that the brightly colored girl would play with her since her Daddy didn't seem to be about to abandon his seat on the swings to climb with her.

She nodded her head, "Yes! I was playing at home, jumping on the couch but Daddy Hari didn't seem to like that." She said, giggling a little bit. He had given her a scolding about furniture being for sitting not bouncing. Her tail flicked back and forth, "Wanna play with me then? Better to play with more then one." She hoped the invitation would be accepted then they could play funner games!

Baldric glanced over at the other man as he approched, gave him a once over and deeming him as no threat turned back to watch his girl. She seemed to be making a friend already, that was good it gave her another her age to run around with. That would be good for her he thought, smiling to himself.

“Aw, come on!” A childish voice came, one that was clearly reluctant to leave. “Why do I have to go?” She asked, eyeing the house as she was being dragged down the street.

“You need to make new friends! As fun as our house is, there are even funner places out there to explore.” Sara had a strong grip on Alexis, just in case. Now, where was that playground? She continued to walk, eyeing Alexis who appeared to be pouting. They continued to walk, until Sara spotted the easily spotted jungle gym, and a few other kids. Score! “Hey, look!”

“What… Is that for?” Alexis asked, eyeing the intricate structure of the jungle gym. She was puzzled, trying to think of what was it purpose. It didn’t really like anything she had seen before.

“It’s a jungle gym, people climb it. See, how it’s made? So you can get your hand one of them, and still be able to have your feet touch stand on the one below them.” Sara proudly said, and pointed to one of the hexagon pieces and shows her how there was enough distance for even a child would be able to climb it.

“But… Why would you?” Alexis now arched her eyebrow, examining it once more.

“It’s for fun. You know, something to do?” It might not have looked appealing, or sounded very amusing, but Alexis would just have to try it herself. “Anyway, go on, make some friends!” She said and shooed her away, a wide grin on her face.

However, instead of heading towards the two kids she went straight to the jungle gym and grasped the first wrung. "Watch me!" Well, perhaps the friend making part would wait until after she conquered the playground.

"Oooh, a race sounds like a lot of fun!" Piper wriggled happily, looking around the park as well. "Yes, lots of fun toys to play and climb on!" The girl was thinking about how fun the park was when Fenrir said something and started towards another girl. Piper turned to look at the squirtle girl climbing up towards them. "Oooh..." The girl started towards Alexis, though she was thinking more along the lines of a new playmate than interested in the girl's shell.

"Perilas Coleman," Peri returned, shaking the man's hand. Men were so easily fooled by cute. Peri had fallen under Piper's spell already, for she got away with calling him 'Daddy' when the man had put his foot down on that with his son. Peri, though, was quite the opposite of Baldric, with extra padding along his gut and no tattoos.

Alexis was staring at the metal, and completely oblivious of the outside world. She needed to get up to the top, and she would use every last ounce of strength she had in her. And now, the first step…! And then, she was bombarded with noise and nearly lost her footing and fell. “Hey…!” She said and whirled around, nearly bumping into Piper as she did. She examined the girl, sizing her up. “Hello.” She replied, figuring that atleast her mother would be happy that she was trying to make new friends, even though at this moment she would prefer to reach the top of the jungle gym.

Sara had walked off to a nearby park bench, where she could sit down and still watch over Alexis. She nearly jumped when Alexis almost fell, but stood up for a few second, ready to make a run for it if Alexis slipped. When she saw that Alexis had now securely grasped the metal, she sat back down. She placed her bag beside her, and began to rummage through it, finally taking out a notebook and pencil. She gazed into the distance, in dream like state. Her eyes were focused on Alexis, but then switched to looking at the trees.

Alexis turned around, hearing yet another voice and saw yet another girl. Well, wasn’t she popular? She too, sized Leia up before giving an answer. “Well, I haven’t had a chance to try it yet. But, it looks fun.” She said and looked up and saw Piper, and took one hand off to give wave at her. It was almost amazing how many people she had met in the course of a minute. Her mom would certainly be happy with her efforts.

Piper grinned at the other girls, giving a wave. "Hihi! And it's lots and lots and LOTS of fun." She nodded, bouncing a little on the spot. "Yes, yes. A race. A race around the park!" She looked at both Alexis and Leia. "You should join, yes! It'll be lots and lots of fun!"

Peri glanced over at the group and gave a laugh. "Yes, I do believe they're rather popular right now." He'd been a bit surprised to see two more girls there already. They hadn't been at the park all that long. Nowhere near long enough for Piper to burn off enough energy...
