D: Gah!
So after inspecting my girl carefully I noticed that the eyes really were uneven:
Her left eye is lower and further away from her nose than the right.
As well as the face-up being uneven, most noticably the left eyebrow being lower than the other.

with lines-

At first when I noticed that her eyelets were uneven in hight I thought something was off,
but let it go.
Now every time I look at my girl the face that her face is uneven bugs me.
Dx

Should I just go at it with sanding and altering,
or should I complin to the company - because it isn't supposed to be this way?
Or ect.

um... wow... i have no idea what you should do... i'd say something to the company and show them the pictures. ask if they could trade you out for a new head? modding could work too. but you'd be making the eye holes HUGE to line them up again properly

Well, I've sent several pictures to the owner of JunkySpot,
whom I bought the doll from,
and he is sending them to DZ.
So luckily they will replace the head.. But who knows how long that will be.

*sigh*

oh they are replacing it for you? that's very kind of them. no extra charge? you could see if someone's willing to buy the dud one from you and mod it to work out for them. *looks at it again* I might look into that if you're interested... but it wouldn't be any time soon so go ahead and do what you'd want to with it.

It is unfortunate that there are such flaws present in many ABJD but most notoriously in the cheaper variety. What you have to remember is that these dolls are hand sculpted - and since they have eyeholes it is perhaps more difficult to make the facial features perfectly symmetrical.

I would not attempt to physically modify the sculpt. A good face-up can mask any glaring imperfections. Ultimately if you are still having trouble bonding with the girl, you can sell her and purchase a doll from a different company - perhaps even save up a bit more to buy a higher quality doll.

My Black Cat Lucas isnt even either, and it's becuase he was sculpted that way before he was cast. Just becuase features are uneven doesnt mean a sculpt is cheaply made, just that the sculpter didnt pay attention to the symmetry. The way she looks is most likely cosistant with her sculpting, nothing to be fixed by the company.
