So I get bored really easily, and I like making Tekteks and I like rating people. So yeah.
`Ratings:
Basic Rating: I give you a basic 1-10 rating, 10 being the best.
Criticism: I tell you what I like and don't like about the avatar.

She lay down on the grass,
Looking up at the sky,
thinking, it’s all she can do.
If she disappeared she would not be missed.
She will be gone just like everyone else.
Getting up from the grass,
she walks on the sand,
looking outward towards the sea.
She walks into the water high up above her knees.

The waves softly hit her legs.
She looks at the sunset and its yellow-red hues
she walks into the sea, farther and farther,
opening her arms towards the wave.
The water is high up to her hips.
The wave comes towards her.
She looks at the wave with her arms stretched out;
the water starts to rage, the wave hits her body hard.
Then the water calms down. The water recedes,
then darkness falls, and all goes dark.
The sun goes down and the day is done.

I really like it. Even though the blue and the pink aren't really my favorite together, it's really balanced out and you make it work with the splatters of black and gray.
The only suggestion I can offer is take off the Mythrill Halo. It hides the majority of the Dark Halo, and I think that the Dark Halo would be the better suited to keep since there's less black than any other color.

The whole monochromatic theme isn't really my style, and I never really liked those dresses. And, quite frankly, the mask and just the face in general kind of scares me o__o;;
My suggestions would be make it less scary, and maybe add a bit more black to balance out with the white and gray.
Now your quest avatar I like a lot more. I'd give that an 8 or a 9.
The only thing I would suggest changing would be put the CoCo in a different position. With that hair style it's kinda hard to tell it's even there.

It's like two themes in one, and I never really liked that. The angelbow, halo, and strings would fit in better with an angelic avatar, whereas the anklets, pants, and shirt would go better with a demonic one. I can kind of understand a black and white theme, but it's just too scattered. Go for one thing at a time, and put some shoes on while you're at it.
If you want to keep the angelbow, etc, then I'd suggest getting rid of the anklets and the shirt and pants, and maybe gear your color choices more toward the green and yellowish orange of the harp's background. Or even go for brown to match the harp itself.
If you want to keep the anklets, then I'd suggest the shirt you have, but red instead of white (can't remember what they're called ><; wink and get rid of the checkered pants. I try not to be judgmental, but almost every n00b I've ever spoken with was wearing something from the checkered set, and it gives me personally a bad impression.
And no matter what look you go for, put some shoes on gonk

I would like a full rating of my avatar and/or a tektek of my character (when I get my demonbow she will be my nightelf rping character; and im not basing the nightelf thing off of wow, but my own creative perception of what one would be).
If you decide to do a tektek of Nyx here are the basic stats:
Skin: the first female choice (its the palest one)
Eye style/color: style 5 yellow
Hair style/color: female fall black
colors and/or items you like: my two fave colors are black and midnight blue, and I like anything that has to do with the night, bats, and dark or gothic things
colors and/or items you hate: i hate pink, purple, and white
