Hmmm, I would have to say...Mistress 9, just because she pulled that awesome move with the letting Hotaru come out just to get the Grail.

I changed my mind. Eugeal- there was layering to her character, with her more so than the other Witches 5.

My favorite villians are Emerald, Queen Beryl, Nephrite, Alan, Ann, Fiore, Wicked Lady, Prisma, Mimete, Fish Eye, and ParaPara. heart

There's many, to start Beryl, Nephrite (in the anime really. I found myself in tears over his death). Kunzite because he's badass.
Then there's Sapphire, Then Queen Nehellenia-sama. D: I LOVE her. My FAVORITE because of the potential Yuri in that and other things. *hath to finish writing that story one day...*
And then there's Dr. Tomoe- awesome. I love his Anime counterpart because he's so funny xD;
Hm, Galaxia, Lethe and Mneysome(sp) and I also Love Anime Iron Mouse for leaving during SailorMoon's speech. That's the best ever.

I agree, I like all of them. I'm in the middle of the second season so far, and I haven't met a viilian that hasn't grown on me.
