Hand of Justice Matriarchal bow > Windforce > Botd hydra

Problem with hand of Justice is if you just roll a low one then windforce will ultimately be better.

In my opinion, HoJ isn't worth it for a bow ... at all.
It's fun for an enchantress sorc though! .... however the high rune requirement makes it suck.

And BotD Hyrda isn't worth it for a zon. I had one in Ladder Season 1 and I regret acquiring it.

anyway .... as for this little bowazon that we need to give advice on ...
ASSUMING PVM and NOT PVP

Stats:
Str: 135 (less if you use different eq or if you rely on anni)
Dex: all you can spare
Vit: either 100 or base ... your choice
Energy: base

Skills:
20 Strafe
10 - 15 Multiple Shot
20 Guided Arrow
10 Pierce
10 Penetrate
10 Critical Strike
Dump the rest into whatever you want. Probably 5 Evade, 5 Dodge, etc.

Items:
Assuming no runewords:
Windforce
Vampire Gaze
Shaftstop or 60 IAS armor, or maybe a Valor if you feel like it.
Cat's Eye amulet or Highlord's Wrath, keep atmas ammy backup for when you fight an immune to phys monster ... the amp damage removes phys immunity
Ravenfrost
Carrion Wind or BK Ring
Soul Drainers with Draculs on the side for when you have to fight an unleechable monster
Sandstorm Trek, Gore Riders, Waterwalks

The reason I said Multi is because Strafe is better when used againt eityher few enemies or when youre surrounded. Multi is best used when you have tightly packed enemies in one direction, i.e. cows, bloody foothills, arcane, baals minions. If you were to use your amazon for other things like I do, you would realize that multi and strafe are both useful in their own situations.

I said Vamp Gaze because it's cheap to acquire and it's effective. In my opinion, Valkyrie Helm is worthless, and there aren't any other good helms for an amazon. Andy's Visage has some potential, but I prefer to stick with what works and what they can get, over what some consider the best.

My amazon uses: WF, Delirium, Cat's Eye, CoH, Carrion Wind and RF. Boots and Gloves are all dependant on the situation, and I haven't managed to get her a good belt, due to lack of playing recently.
