"Noharu."
"Noyama."
Both names were spoken at once, but by two very different voices. One was easy-going and welcoming where the other was cold, spiteful, that of someone who'd seen one too many bad days in their time.
Such voices would belong to who else but the purple-haired, fox-eared twins. If it wasn't for the fact they looked so much a like, it'd appear more as a business meeting than a conversation between siblings.
Fact of the matter, it was more of a business meeting. Certainly they didn't seem to have the kind of relationship that involved a lovely bit of chatter over tea.
Noyama had never had funiture (not in the front room at least), but a colorful mat was laid out on the floor, which the four had a seat on. "The four" being Noyama, Akilah, Noharu, and some odd, bat-winged girl who clung to Noharu's arm like a lifeline.
"Momoro is ruler now, yes?" Noyama asked for confirmation.
Her sister merely nodded. "That's correct. He's sending his messanger here, I believe."

Within a few moments there was a light tapping at the door. Very light infact.. Probably not noticable. Then a few mumbles of a young mans voice, which was aprently shakey from being so anxious. It then knocked agian, firmly this time. "Oh no! I hope I didn't knock too hard that time." Archer said to himself, holding his half closed hand closer to his chest. Normally he wouldn't be this worried about anything.. But a certin somebody was in the room that he hadn't seen for a long time.. Much to his displeasure.
He then took a step back, holding what looked like a scroll in the hand laying down by his side. He started to fidget with one of his six giant poofy tails, waiting for the host or hostess to come let him in.

At first, the knocking went unheard. Of course, the arguing between Noharu and Kilah probably drowned it out. Mind you, they weren't yelling, but the fact they spoke so calmly made Noyama more nervous than if they would've been...
"Who's with you?" Kilah asked sharply. True, she couldn't see her, and the tiny girl had hardly made a sound since she arrived.
Actually, I'd like to know that too, Noyama thought to herself in her own language.
"She's a hostage." Was Noharu's answer.
Kilah growled. "Oh, really? I heard Ancelin's gone missing to. Don't suppose YOU'D know anything about THAT?"
Despite she couldn't see, Noharu grinned broadly. "Don't suppose you think you could do anything about it if I did, do you?"
Then the knocking was louder, and all heads turned toward the door. Noyama nervously got up, keeping her eyes over her shoulder on her sister and "daughter". Wouldn't put it past them to kill each other.
The door opened, and she was obviously surprised at who as there. "H-hello."

A breif look of disapointment passed Archer's face, before he stepped on his tip toes and peered inside. He gave out a bright smile as soon as he spotted Noharu, before getting back down on his heels and looking to Noyama.
"Hello Noyama. I haven't seen you in a while." He said, before holding up the scroll. "I'm here for business though, as I'm sure you already know... May I come in?" He asked, before leening to the side a little, trying to see Noharu agian. He then smiled wide and gave out a breif wave, before glancing up at Noyama with curios eyes.

Because things like that always happen to poor Noharu, she just-so-happened to be drinking the tea Noyama had set out. As she gulped it down, her ears flickered to the doorway, and seeing who was there she choked quite a bit.
"Yes, of course..." Since Akilah had learned the majority of their language, there wasn't any need to speak English. The only one present who wouldn't know it was that supposed "hostage" of Noharu's, but this kind of talk wasn't for the ears of someone THAT young anyway.
She stepped aside and extended her arm out in a welcoming fashion just as her twin was finally able to breathe again.
And, more importantly, scream again. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"

Archer let out a sigh of sheer exstacy to hear Noharu's voice agian... Aprently he was used to hearing her yell. But when she questioned why he was the one there, he held up the scroll and wiggled it, before taking Noyama's welcome and walking inside.
"I came to give you guys the message of corse.. You received notification that a messenger would be here with news from the island, right?" He asked, looking to Noyama and then back to Noharu for confirmation. He didn't quite realise that she ment him in particular.. He was such a naive boy.

Whoever this "hostage" was, Noharu failed to notice at all the terrified expression, or the fact the grip on her guardians arm had tightened even more. If she'd had a tighter grip there probably wouldn't be any blood going to her arm.
But Noharu knew this girl, and knew she was ALWAYS this way, so that probably contributed to ignoring her.
"Momoro, is he really the ruler there now?" Kilah asked anxiously, but before he could even begin to answer Noharu was going on again.
"No!" Noharu snapped, slamming her fist on the floor and nearly breaking her hand through it. "I mean what are YOU doing here! I thought they would've killed you by now!" He didn't look like the rest of them, after all, it made sense...

Archer looked as if he could cry tears of joy at that moment. And on in the inside, he was. Oh he so was. But he then looked down to Noharu, not wanting to keep her waiting for an answer. "Oh Noharu, your concern fills me with warmth. I didn't know you where worried about me.. But as to your question. I've become a royal bodygaurd for Momoro.. Hence they didn't kill me. And I requested to be the one to bring the message when I heard you would be here, Noharu." he said with a bright smile, all six of his tails starting to wag joyusly.

The blue-eyed of the two twins snarled, reaching back for the dagger she kept tucked away quite cleverly in her left boot. Normally, she wouldn't wear shoes at all, but in the event she felt she'd need her dear dagger buddy she did.
"Noharu, stop it!" Had it not been in English, Noyama's "request" probably would've been ignored it.
It wasn't though, and her sisters hand returned to her lap beside the other, though her glare toward the only male in the room never wavered.
"Archer," Noyama began carefully, her own gaze traveling between him and her sibling. She wouldn't past Noharu to kill him either. "Momoro is really ruler now, yes? What happen old leader? Die?"
Even for a race of demons that died so young, he'd seemed so healthy...

Archer blinked at the sudden interaction that just happened between Noharu and Noyama. Stop what? He didn't see anything. He then shrugged and looked to the scroll he held, before opening it up, thinking to that question.
"uuuuuuh... How to put it." He said, glancing at Noharu. He then decided to put it with as little detail as possible. "Yes. Momoro is our leader now. The king has sadly passed away, to the cause we are unkown yet.. It was very sudden, but Momoro has suceded the thrown." He said, before looking very displesed at this next bit of news.. He knew it would upset Noharu who he was so extremely fond of.
"Also, Noyama. You are no longer banished from the island. Momoro has lifted that ruleling and welcomes you back whole heartedly." He said, before looking to Noharu, afraid he would get the displeasement from the bad news and not Momoro.

Passed away? Like hell. Noharu smirked in satisfaction as he read that part, which sparked immediatly suspicion from Noyama, and would've from Kilah had she been able to see.
Note to all: If you want to disable an archer, make sure you have the correct eye shot out.
That moron had been all too easy to kill.
...And hopefully Momoro would be the same, as she now wanted him dead too. "WHAT?!" The hiss that followed was so violent even Kilah's face paled a bit. "THAT LITTLE b*****d! I'LL KILL HIM!"
Her furious gaze fell to her shoulder as she felt someone tug at her sleeve. The bat girl who had remained near-motionless through the entire thing was now staring up at her with wide, blue eyes. "Mommy...?"
For a long moment, there was silence, during which Noharu stared down at the "hostage".
After the awkward pause, she rose to her feet, holding the very small girl in one arm with ease. "I'm out of here." That said, she pushed past whoever was in her way and left, leaving Noyama to ask any further questions.
And she had quite a few. "No longer banished? Is that true?"

Archer watched as Noharu got up and stormed out of the place, which made his heart sink to his stomach. He then went to follow after her. "Noharu wait!" He called out, but then stopped when Noyama asked him a question. He'd get in trouble if he didn't stay and answer.. But he didn't want Noharu to leave. He looked back and forth from the door to Noyama several times, making a whimpering sound each time he turned his head. He then sighed as his six tails slumped down and touched the floor, his shoulders and head slumping as he let out a tear.. On the inside anyways.
"Yes it's true..." He said in a pouting tone, before looking over at Noyama. "Momoro said he would like it if you came back and your welcome home any time. Even your kids I think..." He said dronely, before standing up and holding out the scroll for Noyama to read for herself.

"Mommy?" Kilah repeated in disgust as her protector took the scroll so carefully you'd think it was made of glass. "Not to be a b***h, man--" Not that the Sin'aeis really cared if she seemed like one or not. "--but you DO know she hates men, right? Like, more than most people. Mostly the twicthy weird a** ones like...oh...I dunno, you."
Noyama's tone was warning when she spoke, "Akilah" very slowly, but she didn't really seem to hear what she said exactly. If Kilah said it, it was probably bad. Besides, she was much to occupied reading to worry about her daughters mouth for the time being.
The chicken girl snorted, taking her hat off and running a hand through her hair. "Listen, er, Archer, was it? Has Noharu mentioned to you about any baby she's taken? Ancelin?"

Archer gave a quick glare at Kilah as she asked him such a question, especially after saying something like that to him. What did she know, he knew Noharu sense he was just a little child. Probably the same age as this little bird... thing. He simply shook his head. Even if he did know who she was talking about, he wasn't about to tell her.
"Never heard of her." He then straited his posture as he looked back to Noyama. "I'm to take the scroll back with me.. Along with compliment if your returning or not. So is it alright if I wait here untill you make your decission?" He asked, reaching back to scratch one of his tails.

"Wait...here?"
That seemed like both a good and bad idea. If Noharu knew he was here, she wouldn't come around until he was gone. Not that she didn't love her psychotic, murderous sister, but a few days minus living in constant worry didn't sound so bad...
She caught side of Kilah who was grasping the handle of her dagger and changed her mind quick, practically throwing the scroll back at him.
They didn't need anyone ELSE dead, thankyouverymuch.
"Tell Momoro I'll have his answer soon." He'd wait, she knew it. Momoro's interest was more in Kilah being at the island than her. "You're dismissed."" The traditional way of "goodbye" where they were from.
Or in some cases just "get out", but Noyama wasn't that rude.
