Are you sure that makes sense? I'm not great at reading Chinese, but this is what I got from it:
紙見到請打我手提）卡鴨可風腐屬書院@[friend's name here]-「從前有一隻笨鴨, 溺水死了XD
(Paper saw please ring my mobile) _____belongs to the college@[friend's name here]- [Once upon a time, there was a stupid duck, he drowned XD]
Maybe this uses some slang? Or transliterations? "卡鴨可風腐" does not ring the slightest bell to me...
