Heh, no comment on the pics but congrats on your title! I wish I could compete more, but I have transport problems. That'll change soon though. What competition brought you third best in the US?

What competition brought you third best in the US? WKA North Americans http://www.wkausa.com/north_americans/2007/results.htmI'm gonna enter the Open division next year, hopefully. And in the fall maybe do Novice 60kg for USKBA

Everyday after practice, kick the bag AT LEAST 100 times each leg Beat up your training partners to get some confidence Do what you can for now. Conditioning is key. If you're conditioned properly, you won't get finished.
