- Avatar Contest
- Please excuse the roughness of the layout, I wanted to get this contest started. I will spiff it up some more when I have the time. Please feel free to talk or bump in this thread =D
My first contest in this Guild will be a avatar contest, fairly simple and easy. But for now, I think that's all it has to be. Avi contest are fairly easy to understand, which is my main reason for starting this contest. Seeing as this guild is fairly new I don't expect many people to join up at first, but hopefully as time goes on this will become more and more popular. Well, I can hope right?
For those who don't know what this contest is about I will explain. After paying a fee to enter in the contest your avi will compete against others for a prize. The winner will be selected by people voting on a poll I will make every time there is a new contest. Please realize that this is not a tektek contest, as some people have made this mistake in the past. Now I'll move onto the more important stuff that your probably more interested in like the prizes and qualifications!
- Qualifications
- Here are the qualifications for entering my contest, there are not many seeing as I'm only going to run one Avi contest at a time for now.
Send me a trade with 200 gold as an entry fee.
After completing the trade I will save your current avi and hide it and your username until the slots are filled and the contest voting starts. If you do not wish to use your current avatar please change it and tell me when you have so I can save it.
Once the contest has started it is mandatory that you do not use a mule to vote. This is most unfair and if I realise you are using mules then you will be disqualified.
There will be six avatars competing at any given time.
The first to reach ten votes on the poll wins.
- Prize
- As I have just started this contest the prize will be your choice of 1,000 gold or 550 tickets to the winning avi.
However, if this thread is successful as I hope it will be the prizes and number of contests running at one will be increased. And eventually someone will be winning a monthly collectible as a prize, this is of course only if enough people enter and this contest gets a little more popular.
