Soy un hombre muy honrado, que me gusta lo mejor my brother just sent me this link.

Apparently, the President can bypass the 5th Amendment with an Executive Order. Funny, I thought the Constitution was the "supreme law of the land." Las mujeres no me faltan, ni el dinero ni el amor

The Constitution isn't the supreme law of the land. At least not in a demockracy (sic) of the few.
Even worse is Directive 51. At this point, all King George needs to do is formulate his own disaster and...
HOMAGAH! Complete, unchecked power over all three governmental branches.

Yeah. but i don't think that the other equally, power hungry congressmen and women are gonna allow that. Especially now that there's a dem majority.

Yep, and I'm guessing that sometime very soon, Dubya is gonna try and find a way to either make that disaster or he'll try and find a way of getting around the 22nd Amendment (The one that limits his term in office).

It's been tried before, but it didn't work (Nixon?). Nobody, not even Dubya, is dumb enough to try to bypass the 22nd again.

Before the 2004 election we all thought Dubya had done his worst, but when re-elected he proved that he can be much worse. I wouldn't it past him just yet, I doubt he'll try it, but in a very off chance he might, especially if his little "Disaster" happens.
