She hadn't expected the movie to be so scary, Kistumai said as her hand absently brought another piece of popcorn to her lips. She was sitting in the front, in a small area next to the chairs that was supposed to be used for wheelchairs. Her tails flicked nervously behind her as the girl answered the phone.
This was what she got for going to a movie with her sister and her boyfriend, she realized. The two were somewhere in the back making out while she was here. Alone. And certain that the girl on screen was going to be killed any moment.

With his feet kicked up on the seat in front of him, ignoring the fact that it's occupied, Ink watches the screen with a bemused smirk on his face. What a stupid movie. He munches quite loudly on his popcorn, swiped when the idiotic teenage girl at the concession stand was distracted, and watches the movie he didn't pay a cent to see.
"What a lamer!" he croons out of the corner of his mouth. As he routinely raises another handful of greasy snack food to his mouth, he pauses, suddenly struck with the idea that it'd be more fun to throw than to eat.
Rolling a fluffy piece in his finger, he flicks it down a few rows. It sticks in a little girl's long hair, unnoticed. Ink chuckles to himself, suddenly finding this much more interesting.

She was almost shaking with fear as the man in black appeared. The piece of popcorn she had been holding fell to the ground and she jumped to her hooves in instinctive fight or flight reaction.
Then she flushed, realizing it was just a movie, and sat down again.

Though the cinema is quite dark, and Ink's eyes are sensitive to the amount of light, the sudden movement of someone in the crowd draws his attention away from showering the unsuspecting with greasy kernels. He tilts his head sideways, squinting his currently teal eyes as he examines at the silhouette.
Jus' my luck, it's a beastie! he resolves with a significantly more devious smile.

Completely oblivious to her watcher, she picks another piece of popcorn, eating absently as the movie went on. She was so scared, but for some reason she couldn't look away!

Completely ignoring the movie, and those wishing to watch it, for that matter, Ink rudely pushes his way out of his row. He skulks his way down the stairs, his thin fingers gripping his half-eaten bag of popcorn as he holds back his eagerness in favour of the element of surprise.

The man appeared in the window on the screen and Kitsumai jumped, accidentally tossing half of her popcorn in her surprise. She relaxed as the girl's boyfriend took the mask off, knowing it had been a mean joke.

Ink slides into a seat one up and two over from where his prey enjoys the film. He has long forgotten about it; it failed to capture his attention, anyway. Gobbling up a greedy handful of popcorn, the child Legend chews noisily, grinning purposefully at Kitsumai as he does so.

Her hearing is a bit better than most humans, and her ears flick at the sound, but she doesn't turn. She's far too intent on the movie, even though she's almost positive she doesn't want to watch the rest of it.
It's scary!

Ink snorts, his attempt to draw her attention away obviously failing. He grows impatient rather quickly, and instead tries a very loud and rude yawn, complete with his arms stretching intrusively above those he sits beside. A young man, looking to be with a female companion, gives him a dirty look and leans away, providing Ink with a twinge of satisfaction.

The yawn makes her glance over her shoulder, glaring at the person that had ruined the romantic moment.
Then she stops, her eyes going wide as she realizes who it is.

Ink wiggles his fingers at her, his brow pushed down to help emphasize his smirk, one of two facial expressions he uses most, the second being his scowl. Finally, amusement!
Leaning forward, his white-blonde hair falling in front of his eyes, Ink hisses out a whisper, "Hullo, beastie. Enjoyin' yer movie?"

She goes pale for a second before giving him a dirty look. He had tried to set her up as the bad guy once, and she wasn't going to forget that. She hugs her popcorn to her chest before promptly turning back to the movie, intent on ignoring him.
Probably not her best idea.

He leans back, not at all discouraged. He continues talking, as if he likes to hear himself talk. "Not much likin' it m'self. Far too cheesey. An' fake. An' booooring."
Personal space obviously means nothing to him, shown by his next action. As she turns away, he nudges to the edge of his seat and extends his arm, grazing her shoulder upwards with two buttery fingers.
"Wanna play a game, beastie? I know how much y' like games.."

She shivers at the touch, repulsed by how slimy it is. Then she turns to glare at him, moving out of reach as she shakes her head sharply. She doesn't want to play with him, he doesn't play fair!
