((This is a Private RP between DragonsRage24 and Myself. Please do not post unless asked. ))  --------------------------- Finn trotted quickly along the edge of the stream, intent on both getting away and cooling off soon. He was older now, but just a bit. He was taller and maybe a bit more wiser (the reason of his haste hinted otherwise) and he continued on his little escape. His ma would be soo ticked when she found out he'd sneaked away again. It wasn't his fault he was an adventurous and secretive fellow in a few of those respects, was it? A cheerful laugh and a grin at his own thoughts interrupted the nervous silence around him for a moment. He glanced about surreptitiously, wondering if somehow his Ma already knew he had left and was lying in wait for him. Shrugging dismissively, he continued on, wondering if he could cool off in the stream yet.

Everything was so new, so many things to do. She couldn't believe her eyes, how everything was so beautiful and how blue were the skies. She was musing in her head after all, singing too. Everything was so wondrous, everything. Though the sun was high now, and she traveled along the streamed of a small stream, watching the water trickle over the pebbles beneath its surface.
So many new things to learn about and see.
She couldn't believe to world.
Placing a hoof in the water, she pulled back abruptly, it was so cold, was it always cold? Hmm, she swore she could see something sparkle beneath teh surface of the water, was it somehting shiny? Perhaps her wolf would like it, she did like shiny things after all...plus, Nix wasn't supposed to be around on her own without Ryu'Rage, the wolfess, at her side.
Ah well.

Deciding that finally he was far enough away that capture wouldn't be iminent for quite a while, the older colt plunged into the refreshingly cool stream, reveling in the fact that his body's temperature lowered to something much more cool quickly.
He let out a cheerful whoop and splashed in the water, almost swimming when the water became deep enough. He finally clambered up onto the side a bit and splashed absently, wondering what to do now that the immediate concern of getting himself cool was now completed.
He could splash a bit more in stream, but it'd much more fun to play with someone else than alone and other things could be attracted to his sounds that were most certainly not on the friendly list. Sighing loudly, he wondered what on earth to do.
Life wasn't fun all the time and that was a shame.

Nix heard a splash and immediately her eyes shot down the stream to where somehting rather green splashed in the water. Green? Interesting, from this angle her ice blue eyes seemed to believe that it was a foal like herself! Though upon further inspection, and a few steps closer, she noticed it was a foal but...not exactly like her, a boy? It was a boy! A boy colt!
Her tail swished as she took even more steps closer to him, and she tilted her head, and jumped down into the shallow part of the stream, the water splashing up on her, it was cool and felt strange but good, the coolness was good. "Hi," she said with a smile, taking another step. By her actions anyone would be able to tell she was shy yet curious, she had to be of course!
"Whats your name I'm Nix," she stated with a sincere smile, watching, jsut waiting now.

Finn halted his splashing abruptly, realizing that there was someone else in the stream along with him. Turning and looking to see who it was, he gave the filly-for it was indeed that, a cheerful smile, "Hallo." He greeted in return, bobbing his head once.
"Name's Finn," He replied calmly, his voice lightly laced with the accent both his father and brother also shared. Family trait or some such. "What brings ye ter this stream, not that I mind at all," He added, grinning. He didn't want the filly to get a bad impression about him and he wasn't about to ruin a chance at some fun.
Would she mind having fun the same way he did? The whole messy, dirty, not-coming-home-without-some-injury fun? Probably not. Most fillies didn't. A pity, really.

"Hi Finn," she said with a smile and a nod of her head, peeking at the water, then at him, she smiled, and jumped into eh water, near the edge of course, splashing up some water. She liked being clean, though getting dirty while having fun was great too. Finn had a neat way of talking, it was like his voice was laced with something calm, strange, though it did sound nice.
"Looking for something fun to do," she said with a smile, "Its boring back home, wanted some fun today," she nodded.
Would he play with a girl?

Nodding sagely as he knew many foals felt the same way about being around their homes, heck, he was escaping from that in a way, he smiled, "Aye, I know the feelin'," He answered.
"Would ye like ter play with me or somethin'? I'm currently escapin' the boredom of home an' havin' a partner in crime is always good." His tail flicked absently to discourage a few bugs who thought they'd like a piece of him, but other than that he simply stood in the stream, waiting.

Nix'Annada gave a smile while listening to his voice, just something about it was strange and different from any other she had known before.
Interesting, and cool all at once.
"Sure of course!" she said happily, taking a hop forward almost, making a splash around herself to join Finn the the current of the stream. Partners in crime, that would be interesting, what could they do?
