Sunlight shone bright down from the heavens upon the lands of the Ulaya, but not bright enough to make the land extreamly hot. Fair weather graced the plains and forrests, with sweet and cool wind blowing accross them. Willow trees, Sycamores and Pines cast their shade over the lusious green grass and the Ulaya who was laying under them.
A breeze ruffled the multicolored fur of a female as she lay quitely under a shaded tree. This female was no ordenary Ulaya, Keerty had soft feathery wings adorning her back and though they were small could lift her off the ground for short distances. Yawning as her green eyes scanned her surroundings, the female flicked her ears back and forth just listening.

Takehiko flexed his wings, the membrane between them letting some of the sunlight through as he padded through the knee-high grasses, hating the sensation when a strand tickled his nose and made him sneeze. After he had gotten fed up, he beat the wings that identified him as a undaclan to glide just above the grasses that plauged him so.
It was tedious work, just to glide, so he veered to the more tree-abundant part of the setting where there would be less grass. He panted as he touched down, and made it to the base of a tree where he flopped down onto his side to rest.

Startled slightly as an Ulaya dropped out of the sky near her, Keerty looked over at the visitor casually, not bothering to get up and see if it was ok. As her green eyes flicked over the panting Ulaya, the speckled female noticed the wings upon its back. Fluttering her own, Keerty compaired hers to the others, her wings were soft and feathery while the male's were bat like and leathery.
"Huh... Weird wings...."

Takehiko looked up, eyes unfocoused as they moved through the canopy for a noise he thought he'd heard. He shook his head, as though to get rid of what he thought was another presence, and resumed cooling down, casting his eyes over the grass for movement at eye level, and aside from the constant wind, there was none.

Giving her wings yet another flap, Keerty yawned before resuming the activity that she had been engaged in before the male Ulaya dropped from the sky quite unannounced... the activity was actually nothing exciting as one might believe, for it was just watching the clouds move accross the sky where the winds pushed them. After a while the other Ulaya had dissapeared from her imidiate thoughts and was pushed back to her subconcious, even though she still knew he was there.

Takehiko sighed as the wind ruffled the fur on his body. It really was a boring thing to do, but it was too hot of a day to do much else. He looked around once more for something other than grass or clouds to watch, and his eyes fell upon the figure of koi-colored female right above him. He started to his feet and backed up a few paces, startled as he'd ever been, but didn't call to her, he just stared....

Movement alerted the knowledge of the male to seep back into her imidiate conciousness, Keerty sighed and twitched her ear slightly before allowing herself to look at the male once more. He looks like a frightened rabbit.
Shrugging, the muti-colored Ulaya fluttered her wings again before stretching and returning back to her spot. If the male wanted to talk, then he'd have to speak to her.

Take's ears twitched backwards and forewards, as he took a few more steps towards the tree. His neck craned as he began to speak, "Hey.......Who're you?" His fluffy tail fluttered more in the breeze and his head turned in curiosity.

Twitching her ear as she stared down at the male, Keerty yawned before answering the unusual male. "I am Keerty Dark Fire. But the question is, Who are you to drop in on my peace and quiet?" Shifting slightly to get into a better position, the female Ulaya watched the willow sway out of the corner of her eye as a breeze ruffled its branches.

Smiling as he thought of a neat introduction to give himself, Take puffed up a bit and in a proud voice said, "I am Takehiko, Bamboo Soldier and Warrior Prince!" He tried very hard to keep a straight face as he proclaimed this and wondered if she would fall out of the tree.

A smirk spread slightly across her face as the male introduced himself to her, but what he hoped for her to do she did not. "Well well aren't you a unique Undulcun, Bamboo Soldier and Worrior Prince Takehiko." Swinging her back foot like a pendulim of a grandfather clock, Keerty stared down at the splotchy male.

Take tilted his head, not sure if it was a comliment, insult, or a mix between the two. He smiled slightly as he nodded and wagged his stub of a tail that also set him apart from the rest, because though he had seen several with longer and fluffier tails, even those that were more so than the norm, he was the only one he knew with a short tail like his.

Yawning, Keerty stood up on the high branch and looked down before simpley stepping off. Falling about a foot before snapping open her wings, the koi colored female pumped them slightly and alighted smoothly on the ground a few feet away.
(brain fart)

[[Do not forgive. :<]]
Takehiko smiled, "So, Keerty Dark Fire, what brings you here? Though the same could be said for me, I presume." He began to circle Kee and the tree she had come from, curious as could be.
