Was wondering if any of you had ever been on a Zombie Walk before, since I just took part in one. If so, how'd you enjoy it? For the unenlightened, a Zombie Walk participant gets dressed up as a zombie, gets together with a group of other zombies, and shambles the streets, malls, etc.... I don't have much to give you by way of links (I'll let you look those up yourself razz ), but I will leave you with my costume for the event:

I've heard of these before! Usually there's a small group of zombies that do a walk at the local Doo Dah Parade every July 4th, but other than that, I haven't really heard of walks in my area. It sounds like a lot of fun!
Do you have more piccies? I'm always looking for ways to freak out my family. twisted

Actually, while we were roving the streets, my boss drove by, gawking at me. I lunged for her car, but she got away. Curses! No food for Kaitzombie.

I've never been on one, but it sounds most awesome. I might have to organize one with my fellows. Also, I have here a webcomic that you might find informative: O Explains Zombie Locomotion

I know there have been numerous Zombie Walks up State Street here in Madison. With the college campus at one end and the state capitol at the other, and with it being a "street without cars," it's just about the perfect place for it. Never gotten up the guts to do it myself. It's just a smidge too flamboyant for my tastes. Plus, I've seen what can happen when innocent bystanders don't want to participate in street theater... gotta be careful, sometimes... sweatdrop You all might enjoy this. Folks often hold Zombie Walks every year for the international (but especially American) Buy Nothing Day. (There's pics here, and likely elsewhere too if you do a few searches.)
