Peri had written on the chalkboard "aggressive, but lazy", "built for forests", and "sweet talkers". He glanced over at Nibal, who was sitting on one of the mats on the floor, Kalseru beside him. Now he just had to wait for the other student to arrive before he started the class.

Z had been...well interested in the class. If anything to learn more of what to expect from Hinder as a green dragon. In her usually apparell short short with a nearly see through top and neon colored bra underneath her hair done up in two pigtails to keep out of her way.
She entered the class room not reconizing the teacher or Nibal. Having never met either of them before she gave an idle wave for a greeting before going to sit down. Hinder himself had been interested in the class, thoguh hadn't expected to see another green there. He blinked lazily keeping his gaurd up as he watched the other green carefully as he went to lay beside his partner.

Peri smiled at Zyan as she entered the classroom, waiting for her to take a seat before speaking up. "Hello, I'm Mr. Coleman. Today, we're going to be discussing green dragons, which both of you have." The man nodded to both Hinder and Kalseru before continuing. "To start off, do either of you have any questions?"
Nibal had turned at the sound of Zyan entering the classroom, returning her little wave with one of his own. So this was the other kid who was in the class with him. He turned his attention back to his father as the man started to speak, then glanced back at Z. He'd let her ask any questions she had first. After all, he lived with the man, so he could always ask more questions later if he thought of them...
Kalseru had raised her head from Nibal's lap as another green dragon entered. The man hadn't said anything about another dragon, but seeing how she was here with Nibal, it made sense that this girl's dragon would come with her. The green lashed her tail back and forth a bit, then subsided as Nibal patted her head.

Zyanya looked at the teacher as it dawned on her that ..wait yes she had met him before. When she went to see her dragon egg. Eyebrows furrowing she wondered why that key detail seemed to slip her mind. Scritching her dragons rather pointy head she glanced at Nibal more distracted by his bright color than anything.
She jerked her attention back to the teacher. Questions? Oh..she had questions...now why couldn't she remember them?
"How big do greens get?" She asked as her first question. she wondered what the blue boy would ask.
Hinder turned his gaze to lock onto the other dragon. that...scent. It took him a moment to realize it was a female green. No wonder he hadn't felt aggressive immeadiately. His tail seemed to slowly wag back and forth onthe floor as if he was excited by the prospect.

"Greens are some of the smallest dragons. They won't get much taller than 10 ft or so as an adult, though they do taller as they get really old. Proportionally, greens have long necks and tails as well as longer legs. They're built for living in forests, where they have to see over trees and walk among the undergrowth."
Nibal spoke up as his father finished answering Zyan's question. "What attacks do they have?" He'd read a few books talking about dragons breathing fire, but P'las had said that not all did.
Peri grimaced. This was part that he himself was not too terribly fond of, himself. "Like black dragons, greens spit acid." Oh how Jay would probably love to hear that. "They also can emit chlorine gas, which is toxic."

Zyan was glad Nibal spoke up about attacks. She had been wondering that as well. Acid spitters? Chlorine gas? Lovely. At least the acid part looked threatening...
"So they don't grow to be large dragons. Will they be bigger than blacks?" she asked curiously since Keir was the only other dragon she knew well enough to bother being curios.
"Also what style of hunting or attacking to they prefer? Hinder hasn't really done much of either..." She muttered looking down at the green who was still looking keenly at the other green.

Peri shook his head in response to Zyan's question. "Blacks are larger, though they're not the largest dragons. As far as attacking type, greens just... attack, especially if you're in their territory. Now, they are fairly smart and know when they might lose. In that case, they'll try and double-cross you out of whatever it is that they want."
Nibal looked down at Kal's head, though the green was still eying Hinder. "What are you looking at, puny?" She finally hissed at him, tired of the male staring at her. The two were very close in size, so the puny remark was more of Kal trying to provoke Hinder than anything else.
The frog boy couldn't think of another question, so he glanced back at the girl to see if she had any more. Maybe her questions would help him think of more, or something like that.

Zyan nodded her head, her fingers brushing against the tiny spikes covering his face.
"so smaller than blacks, spit acid and make cholrine gass....how poisonous is that gas anyway? Is the acid anything like a blacks? What can you do if you get it on yourself? It is really strong?" she asked, the only reason she thought of it was since...her mothers kitchen had been ....rather messed up by a blac dragons acid she thought it may be best to know these things.
Hinder gave a small but toothy grin. Glad he finally seemed to catch the green's attention. Though...her question seemed a bit stupid.
You. What are you stupid? he replied teasinginly.

Peri nodded at Zyan's summary. "Hmm... Chlorine gas is poisonous and could kill if someone breathed in too much of it. But mostly it'd just make you sick. The acid is very much like a black's and is pretty strong. I'm not exactly sure what could effectively neutralize it," though he had a feeling he'd be getting some firsthand experience in that area, "but any basic solution should work. I've heard that egg whites can neutralize acids, but I'm not sure how reliable that is. Or if it would work on a strong acid..."
Nibal just blinked at all that information. The fact that Kal could do most of that stuff kind of scared him a bit.
The green glared back at the stupid male. "I'd suggest you stop. I know my beauty must be overwhelming, but I'm trying to listen to the silly man and you're just annoying me." She lashed her tail back and forth a bit before looking back at Peri.

Zyan absorbed the information slowly. Great in a sense she ended up with a green colored black... she peered down at Hinder noticing he was looking rather aptly at the other green. Tapping his head to get his attention she gave a stern look to him before looking back at the Teacher.
"How long does it take them to learn how to speak?" she inquired since Keir barely talked if at all and he was a older dragon.
Hinder was about to retort to Kal but was rudely interrupted by his partner. The glare he recieved made him sigh, great this will jsut turn out to be another boring class.

Kal snuck a glance back at Hinder and grinned at the male getting into trouble with his girl. Ha!
"It varies a bit from dragon to dragon, but greens are fairly smart. They should start learning some basic words in the next year and should be speaking fairly well by the time you're a teenager. But some learn quicker and some take longer. It's hard to guess." Peri gave a shrug.
Nibal grinned and patted his own green. So she should be learning to talk before too terribly long? Cool!

Stroking the green's father spikey face she looked at Nibal. So blue...and smooth skin. She had smooth skin too, she wondered idly how his skin felt....turning her head back to the teacher to focus she nodded.
So green's were suppose to be smart huh? Guess that would explain why he didn't get in trouble over the whole kitchen being detroyed senario.
"Do they get along with other dragons? Or are the mainly solitary?" She asked wondering just how wel he would be able to mingle with other dragons. "Is there any specific weakness that they have?" Aside from being complete morons as times...she wondered that part to herself mainly.
Hinder looked at the teacher. Cool, soon he would be able to speak human. And have all sorts of conversations with his girl. About mating, about kissing...why humans do such things as molest each other he would never understand fully unless he asked.

Peri tipped his hand in the so-so motion. "They... can. Though, like most chromatics, they don't get along with any other dragons, really. As far as weaknesses... I suppose their laziness could be one. If something appears to be too hard, they'd rather just wait to find an easier way to get whatever it is that they want." Peri gave a bit of a shrug.

That was a weakness? Being lazy? She looked down at Hinder and then it seemed to click. That was probably why he didn't step into the fight between Keir and Baroness....he was being lazy. Not a coward. Or maybe he was being smart...fighting Keir was like asking for pain.
"Ah...okay then.." she trailed off not able to really think of anything else she could ask the teaher at the moment. Her gaze then turned to Nibal, narrowing slightly. She was interested in him. His color, the shiney skin...it was distracting to say the least.

Peri watched Zyan for a moment to see if she had any more questions, then turned his gaze over towards Nibal. The frog boy was thinking over what Peri had said thus far and couldn't think of anything else right now.
"Well, if either of you don't have any more questions... We've covered everything on the board, so you're free to go."
