I definiatley don't know how this connects with AVP. I guess I could just say its exaclty the opposite of the AVP movie in where it was expected to fail, while the AVP movie was expected to rock? But both did exactly the opposite.

I'd just like to hear some of your thoughts on the movie, if you've seen it? I ecspecially loved how made so many references to the old G1 series, and the fact that most characters where correct in the way personalitys where portrayed, even Starscreams treachery was portrayed. All in all I beleive it was a very good, alot better then some of the rest of the s**t we get now adays.

The Transformers now have an actual functional look to them, where all their components are made up of their own forms, and their alternate forms mixed in. They look quite good, and even stick close to their original forms some what.

You Beast Wars lovers should be happy to know that they've given the Transformers protoforms in this movie.

As for Megatron...he is UBER BADASS! Hugo Weaving did an amazing job and Jack...he wont disappoint you. NOW GO AND SEE THE MOVIE!!!!

Hugo Weaving is PWN. That makes things 10x better already.

He has played Optimus before...Still, none can beat Hugo Weaving...hmm...mabye James Earl Jones and Tim Curry if they really wanted to take Hugo Weaving out...I mean, they are both good at playing bad guy voices, but Im sure Hugo Weaving could hold his own against em...then again James Earl Jones DID play the voice of Vader. >.> And Tim Curry has done countless villains....but Hugo Weaving played V in V for Vendetta aswell as Agent Smith...yeah that would be an awesome battle.

Mm... It is a great movie, hell even I only have one poroblem with it, and it's very minor. XP They changed Soundwave's name to Frenzy because they changed his personality and design so much. But there can only be one music player/spy! >=O

Hehehe, just got back from seeing the movie. Twas awesome.

Though I dont get where you said Starscream's treachery was portrayed...I didnt see him betraying anyone O_o


I really liked the music they used in the movie. The scenes with Starscream have to be some of my favorite. I liked Megatron's scene's aswell.

XD I did NOT expect to see Scorponok kicking Army butt. I didnt look for spoilers on this movie at all, and I never really payed attention to the commercials, so I didn't expect to see Scorponok come flying off of Blackout.


O_o I wanna know what happened to him though. He just suddenly dissapears out of the movie, they dont mention him again.


Im hoping, for the sequal I already know is coming, that they find a way to repair Megatron...they can't have a sequal without Megatron. HE IS ESSENTIAL TO ALL THINGS TRANSFORMERS. Getting rid of Megatron is like getting rid of Optimus, you dont do it.


What really caught my attention and had me thinking after the movie was the mysterious trailer for the Untitles Project by JJ Abrams. Its being, for now, called "1-18-08" or "Cloverfield". I REALLY want to know what the ******** that is all about.

Indeed, after the credits Starscream leaves Earth...I assume to rally more Decepticons to aid him against the Auto bots. Ideas to have the Dinobots and Constructicons appear in the sequal are being thrown about some say. Still I say when this sequal comes out, it wont be worth watching without a Megatron, so he better get woken up somehow, or I will KILL the script writer

Youn gotta watch REAL closely, but when Starscreams taking out the jet Planes over the city, after destroying like two or three of them he transforms, joins with them and flys down and fires upon megs during his final battle with prime. razz
