The quests from NPCs for brooches are costly (in comparison) and if everyone completes them, there will be little value in the reward-items. I already completed both (foolishly) of the so far offered quests but the market is choked with brooches and they sell, now, for under one-hundred gold. If anyone knows why it would be useful to have these things, please share, otherwise, I suggest that others do not act as foolishly as I did.

Yeah as soon as those cunts asked me for 500g I closed the window surprised I can turn 500g into 10k in a month, why would I give it to them for a possibility of an item of somekind, I didnt even need to check to see what item you get or what-not. :]
Sorry you guys lost money, maybe it'll go up or the item may become useful as an event goes or something.

Trust me this is only the beginning If it's going to be worth it I don't know but I think this will all be part of and event (halloween) I mean the Von Helsons and Gambino might go at it again. Edmund A Thousand Thanks, (Insert Name). I wish i could tell you how important these items are to our survival.Please take this brooch.Wearing it will mark you as a true friend to our cause. I think we're going to have to pick a sides and do different stuff for each.I think the battle system will be released during this event too.I think that this is whats going to happen after all Gaia said they wanted to build up to the release of the Battle system. Ah, well... It seems that Gaia has had the best of many of us. I suppose that I should consider myself lucky, because even if I lost fifteen-hundred, it won't impact me so much it will you. Not because I have a lot (what a joke! my measily 8k comparing to your 8mil) but because I don't as 'Blood`Sentinel' said make so much off of that amount.
Many many apologies to those who were fooled. The "hush-hush" they conveyed, too, was a trick. We'll know better next time, though, I suppose.

I mean come on, "click a button", "give me gold", click a button", "click a button to get item", "horray you got item you finished the all spectacular quest".
The quests are boring and the items usually suck. The only decent quest item was Sayaoran's Cloak or w/e and only cause it gives 300g and you can just copy down or remember answers in a second and re-do the quest 10000 times, and the item actually sold.
Sorry; had to gripe about that.

If you keep them for a long time then the market won't have them and newbies won't know anything about them think they're rare and buy them. blaugh

But even though the black orchid looks better, I'm gonna wear the Blood drop brooch for the pure fact I wanna be a vampy. They'll probably have an event where you bite people. x3 I would love that.

So if I did both and have both items, I can't become a vampire? What a shame.
I suppose we could hold on to them, but... I don't know... Would it be cruel to charge newer players for them? I mean, it seems that it is easy enough to get tricked already...
Would this so-called "Vamping" alter appearance too? I guess it can't really... Perhaps it will be a part of the MC for October or something.
I am quite new to all of these things, so pardon me if these are foolish questions/assumptions.
