*The Cafeteria*

***The cafeteria, going along with the classy theme of Ria High, is of much higher quality than any average school's cafeteria. Booths that line the walls of this rather large eating space have nice cushioned seats that alternate colors between blue and green. One of the walls is composed of large windows that extend up the ceiling. The glass is tinted so that one from the outside wouldn't be able to see inside. There is a door located on that wall that will lead to the outside where more tables are available. The food is always very good quality, something the teachers and not the students demanded in order to prevent food fights. If the food isk good, who would throw it? That of course doesn't mean food fights never happened.

Tables of various lengths and sizes filled up the rest of the space in the cafeteria. There were individual seats at each table so all who ate in the cafeteria had the convenience of pulling themselves closer to the table. Above, large orbs of light hung from the ceiling. A fireplace is located in the center of each large wall (except the glass one) that would radiate heat during the cold seasons. Food is purchased through their ID card. All they have to do is just slide the card and their food will be taken care of.***

Rayan sat by himself at a table in the nearly empty cafeteria. He had just finished eating breakfast for the morning, and was now sitting around and doing nothing in particular. Rayan sighed to himself slightly as he looked up at the large clock which hung upon the center of the far end wall. Man, they had to cancel today's classes, didn't they? Rayan thought. And tomorrow's classes, too. Now I don't get to teach on what was supposed to be my first day. Ah, whatever. I'll just find something else to do.

Rayan stared off into space as he pondered over how to spend a totally free day. "Ugh...stupid teacher meeting..." he mumbled to himself. "So glad they didn't make me go, at least..."

Rayan's mind began to wander through the labyrinth of his own thoughts. He drifted from his thoughts about what he would do during his free time, to the meeting that had cancelled his class, to the girl he had met in the lounge the night before, to thinking about how he wanted to teach his new students.

As he let his thoughts wander, Rayan caught sight of someone else who had entered the cafeteria recently and had sat down at a table nearby to engulf as much food as possible. This person immediately caught his interest, in part because there were few people in the cafeteria, and this person had shown up all of a sudden, but also because of the person's intriguing appearance.

Hm... red hair...bandana-type thing covering one eye... black clothes... Wait a sec... Paws? Ears? What the...?

Rayan was a bit thrown off, not being used to seeing people having animal features. He shrugged his shoulders, and decided that he would go over and talk to whoever this was; he didn't have anything better to do at the moment either. So, Rayan got up from his seat and walked over to the table that the famished red haired person was at. He sat down in a chair nearby and looked up at him with a subtle smile.

"Hey, haven't seen you before. Care to tell me who you are, or are you too busy chowing down?" Rayan said, smirking slightly with good humor.

Rayan sweatdropped. "I asked you for your name, not your mental condition..."

Rayan sweatdropped again. "Joke? You mean...that's actually your name?" Rayan paused for a moment, creating an awkward silence. "Well, I guess that just shows you my ignorance. Sorry if I got you mad or anything...just not used to people actually being named 'Crazy.' Well, whatever. Let's just put that behind us. I'm Rayan Stiger. Nice to meet you, Crazy," Rayan said with a smile, extending his hand in an offer to shake hands.

"Heh, so you found me out, huh? Rumors must be floating around this school already..." Rayan said with a smile, scratching the back of his head due to slight embarressment. "Yeah, I'm Rayan all right, although I'm only going to teach swordsmanship classes, and I offered to teach gunmanship as well, so if they accept me, I'll teach that as well. Do you have a gun or sword you use to fight with?" he asked. "If so, you'll probably have to put up with me being your teacher." Rayan chuckled at his remark.

Rayan's ears perked up when he heard Crazy mention his weapon. "Gunblade? May I... see it for a moment?" Rayan asked with great interest.

"get outta my way!!!" i ran across the cafeterai leaping from students head to another..jumps on Tayan then Crazy i run towards the door with lunch ladsy following me!!* I turn around and stikc out my tonue....then runs into a wall. my stolen food flies through my hands to the floor.

"ouchies..MY FOOD!!" i grba as much as i can and then trip over crayz..."god dmanit!!!..ahh the lunch ladys!!" *gets attacked by a mob of pissed off lunch ladys**
