 it's sorta upside down... the numbers go the wrong way. that's really odd... I'm sure there is a way to change it... but I don't know how.

click on the tab labeled 'name' once that usually works for me although i've never used itunes so its might work

try clicking on the artist tab since its pointing downwards...
