Hakim found himself dazed after hearing he was a father. Well, how could this be? He didn't remember what he and Kirei-chi did. He had only just met her. This was bad. His tail fluff wagged a little bit as he walked slowly down the side of the river. What was going to happen to them? He only cared for her as a friend.
He would be there for his new kits. Three of them, from what Kirei said. Three... All girls too. He still couldn't believe he was a father. He stopped walking and collapsed on the ground next to the running river. He felt really weak. The shock had over taken him.

 The little white fluff of fur slowly krept away from her mothers sight. She hadn't met her father yet, so she wanted to at least see his face. Her little brown fluff of a tail wagged as she walked around the tall grass that kept her hidden. She sped up to a fast sprint while looking back to see if her mother was following, until.... Thwap! "OW!" She yelled out using her paw to rub her head.
When she looked up at the tall thing infront of her, she noticed it was breathing. Whenever it turned it's head, she jumped a little at his green eyes and tried to hide in the tall grass again, which didn't work that well because of her white fluff she called fur. "Sorry, sorry." She said in her small squeaky voice while lowering her head a bit trying to get lower to the ground.

Hakim blinked at what had ran into him. At first he wasn't quite sure what it was until his eyes cleared a bit. His full attention was now on the little kit below. She was mostly white with brown. Of course, he didn't think anything of it at first. Though she had markings much like Kirei-chi did. He blinked again.
"Are... You ok?" he asked the kit as she seemed to be saying she was sorry for running into him. He didn't mind at all, well, at least he didn't even noticed until she said something.

The small kit looked up at the unfamiliar face and smiled softly, "Yes. I'm okay." Her head lowered as she turned her head to look for her mother who she thought would be close behind her, but wasn't in sight. When a grasshopper jumped infront of her face and onto a blade of grass, she looked at it closely and picked up her front paw to smack at the small creature. Asami quickly lost interest in the jumpy thing then looked up to the tall Ulaya infront of her. "What's your name?!" She asked already forgetting what they were talking about a minute ago.

Hakim looked at the other closely. He didn't even think about if she was one of his or not. She seemed rather distracted by a small bug that had just hopped past them to somewhere else. He had met another young kit like her, just not in color or personality.
Then she asked him his name. "Hakim." He said simply, his voice was calm and without any emotion at all. He wasn't exactly the most exciting Ulaya to run into.

Her small eyes looked up to the other Ulaya with a innocent face. The only other Ulaya she had met were her siblings and her mother, but that was it. Forgetting all about her mother coming to get her, Asami blinked her eyes and pawed at the other Ulaya's tail in a bit of a playful way.
"You have a tail like me, but your hair is a lot different from my mom's!" She said as her ears pricked at his name, "Hakim?" Since he didnt' ask, she didn't bother telling him her name. He probably didn't care either way.

He raised an eye brow. "Well, I'm sure everyone has a tail similar." He gave a fake, but believable smile. " Not everyone can look the same." he said with a nod. He didn't even think about asking her name, at least not yet. He didn't see the importances of names. "Where is your mother anyways? I mean, I'm sure she wouldn't let you just run off." He said raising an eye brow.
He still had to meet up with Kirei-chi to meet his kids. Though, he still didn't know what to say. He would be there for them. At least until they were older. He hoped Kirei and him could stay friend though. This kit seemed different the all the others, why?
"Who is your mother?" He finally asked kind of curious about this. now that he thought about it. She had almost unmistakable markings like Kirei. Except for color of her was different, and she didn't have red hair like her. "What's your name?" He finally asked. This was strange, why was he asking so many questions. It was just driving him slightly mad.

The little kit smiled at the Ulaya, he was finally talking a little bit more indeed. "Some may not have similar tails, the grasshopper didn't." She said looking back to where the grasshopper was munching on the same blade of grass it had landed on earlier. "My mother? She is over there somewhere." The kit said motioning with her head in the direction she had came running from. "She probably is mad at me for running away from her and my sisters." Asami said as her head lowered a bit.
She watched as he sort of went into his own world for a minute. Maybe he was thinking about chasing a grasshopper also? The little kit thought to herself as she watched him come back to their world.
"My mom? She is um... Kirei-chi?" Asami guessed as she looked up to the other Ulaya with a curious look, why did he want to know about her mom? "My name is Asami!" She said her little fluff of tail twitching a little from side to side. She didn't mind him asking so many questions, she actually sort of liked the attention.

He went pale... Or at least he felt like he was as white as a ghost. Here he was, thinking on what to say to his children and the mother of his children, and he had ran into one. Oh no... Oh no, no, no... His luck couldn't be this bad could hit. His eyes were looking straight at the kit as if he had seen something that was more scary then anything else. "She.... She's... Kirei..." He said in a low voice still looking at the kit.
Asami.. Well, that was a nice name. "What... Would you think if I said..." He paused. "If I said, I knew your mother..." He said with a nod. Not sure exactly how to tell her that she was his spawn. He gulped. This was not a very good moment. "In other words... I'm... I'm..." He couldn't get himself to say it. What was wrong with him? Well, the shock of him being a father hadn't really sank in yet. " Father." He spat out the last part.

The little kit looked up at the other Ulaya go into a sort of shock whenever she said her mother's name. She took a few steps back in a little bit of fear of what he would do. Did he not like her mother? Or did he like her a lot? Shrugging at her thoughts, she gulped a little at his scared look. Was there a snake about to eat her? Quickly she spun around and saw nothing then looked back up to him with a curious look. "Um... yes if I said her name right." Asami said with a nod.
She watched as her father rambled on a bit. Her look was a little lost at his words, until he spat out the last part. "Father?" She asked a little confused at his words. Well, he did look a little bit like one of her other sisters, but she couldn't see any resembalence in the two of them, so she didn't believe his words.

Hakim couldn't really say anything more he nodded and looked down at her. His own child. His heart was slightly racing. "She... Never told you my name?" he finally said. Which he didn't think that would be too much of a problem. Or that Kirei didn't have a chance to say something about it. She didn't seem the type that would not tell her children their fathers name. He had seen there boxes, but didn't think they were out of them yet.

She watched him a bit and nodded her head. "She just called you dad, and if she did say your name I didn't listen." Asami said as her fluff of tail twitched back and fourth slowly. The little kit did not listen to her mother that much since she was always looking at something, or exploring some place new. Her ears twitched a little bit at the sounds of birds and bugs making pretty sounds that the little one liked so much.

Well, that was a normal behavior of a kit, right? He hadn't remembered his childhood, so he didn't really know if that's how he was. "You should listen to her more. " He said teasingly at the kit. "You'll regret it later on".

Asami licked her paw at while somewhat listening to him. "I sometimes listen to her." The little kit said sitting down and looking up at her father. "How will I regret it?" She asked her head tilting to the side slightly at his words.

He shrugged his shoulder not really sure how she would regret it, but he had to think of something fast. "Because you might do something your mother told you not to, and then you'll end up hating yourself for it." He said quickly acting as if he had known what he was going to say the whole time. He smiled down at his beautiful daughter. He was going to have to watch all three of them closely.
