Arafel smiled at the baby in her arms, awkwardly trying to drag along everything the young teen would need to take cafe of him. Babypin, daiperbag, foods, stroler... And ofcourse the babyitself, who was squirming and trying to make hte task of carrying everything even more difficult. Maybe she should had just done two trips?
Oh well. Carefully steading herself on one foot she gave a kick-knock to the door. one.. two. Now wait for someone to answere... and not drop anything.

Miraculously, or rather maybe by her own machinations, Alida was the only one in the apartment. Well.. the only one if you didn't count the exe, the miniature dragon, the two tiny poofs sleeping in their cat bed, the pastel blue egg floating aimlessly around the living room, and one little albino kitsune curled dozing on the papasan.
Rime had taken all the other kids clothes shopping, though she was probably regretting not taking them in stages by now. ((No doubt! O.o; ))
Alida was sitting in the living room, nervously looking around for anything she had missed picking up and putting out of the way. Somehow Rime always knew just where to be, to prevent an accident, but she knew she didn't have that knack... yet.
A knock on the door made her freeze, and she coughed lightly before getting up to answer it. She peeked through the eyehole, and broke into a smile, opening the door and waving happily before reaching to take something from Arafel before the woman dropped anything.

Arafel happilly handed over the stroller and folded baby pin. "Thank you so much for watching him." Arafel smiled, glad she'd be able to get some time with the other kids. They really needed it. But Akira, like most babies tended to take up alot of attention.
Akira had a sucker in his mouth, staring owlishly at the neon hair of the woman who was going ot be watching him. His ears were that of a normal human, and his tail that normally showed up was nowhere to be found.
"He can't have any hard candy other than suckers, otherwise he'll choke. He drinks straight milk, the formulas make him throw up. If you do give him whole food he likes meat but make sure its chopped really small. And... if you want to dare to give him sweets anything soft is fine." Arafel fidgeted as she tried to remember everything. Doing the whole "ohnozi'veneverbeenawayfromhim" bit.

Alida nodded, making mental notes as she put the stroller and pin out of the way. She'd set them up as soon as she got the chance. She came back and gave the 'A-ok' sign, and a smile.
They had milk in the fridge, and she could make some hamburger... she didn't think Rime had any steaks or anything now. And she'd just have to put Avery's stash of candy up out of the way, or better yet, shut the doors to the other rooms, and tuck Rime's blankets into one of them.
She reached out for Akira hoping he wouldn't cause a fuss like she'd seen some babies in the mall do when their moms wanted to hand them off to someone.
The commotion caused little Pahan to stir from his drowse, and he sat up in the papasan, blinking pink eyes in the light. "New? Play?" he asked, asking about the new people.

Arafel handed everything over "I allready cut holes in all the daipers for his tail... and theres phone numbers in there if you need to reach me. If you cant reach me kinji and kuru's numbers are in there, and Chu will allways be in the apartment." She finally trailed off laughing to herself a bit "I'm sure you can handle it..."
Akira went over easily, having no problems with new people. Except, she wan't new. She was that fun girl from that yellow and blue place with the stuff that was fun but tasted bad "Chu?" he questioned after hearing the womans name. He had came up with that name actually... Even though it was baby gibberish it was a real name, lucky break there.

Alida settled Akira on her hip and bounced him a little, smiling, glad he seemd to remember her. She nodded about the phone numbers and diapers, and half-turned to wave at Pahan, who was now climbing down awkwardly to meet the new people.
Then she turned back to Arafel, and smiled, waiting to see if there was anything else that needed to be said as the other various inhabitants that hadn't gone shopping made an appearance, except for the poofs, who were still sleeping.
Akira wouldn't suffer from lack of playmates, especially with Hanrae and Pahan around.

Arafel took a deep breath as she thought then let it out as soon as she decided there wasn't anything else. "Well.. thats it. Thanks again for doing this. I'll be sure to pay you." Pause... yep. thats everything.
Arafel bid goodbye to Akira and with that she was headed out to go spend some time with her other children.
Akira watched her go with a light whimper... but it didn't last long as she was soon grinning from being bounced. He gave a curious look around the room, eyeing each and everything for a second then moving ot the next object. Unless something was shiney, or looked liek candy.. then it got a good 3 seconds.

Alida waved goodbye, and then shut the door, before turning around. Akira seemed excited to look around the apartment, and Pahan was making his way over to stare up at the slightly younger baby.
"Baby? Pahan!" he pointed first at Akira, then at himself.
Alida smiled, and noded. She would have to write it down so Hanrae could tell Pahan Akira's name.
She carefully set Akira down on the floor near Pahan, and let them introduce themselves to each other, as she gestured to Hanrae, who crossed the room in two bounds, one of them being over the little kids' heads. "Yes'm? What's up, 'Lida?" She was almost dancing with excitement at being allowed to help.
Alida got out a note pad, and wrote down, The baby's name is Akira. He's just visiting for the day.
That was so that Pahan didn't misunderstand and think he was getting a new sibling. He was a very sensitive little kid and got attached quickly.
Pahan, meanwhile, had toddled over to where Akira was, and plopped down on the ground next to him. He smiled and opened and closed his hand a few times, waving hello.
"Hello!" he said happily.

Akira locked eyes on the baby, making a few noises before frowning. Bah! why couldn't he ever make the noises he wanted to?! Giving up after a second he yipped at the baby. Clapping his hands together.
He blinked as he was set down, giving a light whimper. Sitting for a moment before looking at the toddler he'd previously met. "Aa!" he grinned in greeting.

Pahan blinked at the yip, but smiled after a second, his tail swinging back and forth behind him in leonid fashion.
Hanrae nudged them both with her nose, giving Akira a quick swipe with her tongue before saying, "This is Akira, Pahan! He's just visiting, but I think he lives in the same building, so maybe if you guys hit it off, you can go play again later! That'll be fun!" her tail wagged as well.
Pahan stared at Hanrae, trying to absorb her words that were spoken so fast. All he really ended up getting out of it was 'Akira' 'visiting' and 'play' but those were the important things anyway.
"Play? Blocks?" he looked over at Akira, asking if he wanted to play that.
Alida, anticipating the need for games, was dragging the game box out of the closet, and at the word blocks, pulled the tub out that contained the wooden blocks.
Hanrae had gone over to her beanbag, and was laying it, watching.

"Braa?" he questioned curiously. Those little square thigns he often chewed on? His tail wagged a bit as he nodded and gave another yip, eagerly waiting the "chew toys." Hopefulyl he'd learn fast enough thats not what they were for.

After making sure that they wouldn't tip over on him, Alida tipped the tub of blocks onto its side, causing the blocks to spill across the floor in a riot of bright colors.
Alida smiled at how excited he seemed, though she didn't know the reason why. She held out a couple of them to Akira, and a couple more to Pahan. Some more blocks were taken into her own hands, and she carefully began to stack them on top of each other, looking up to see how the others were doing.
Pahan's face was scrunched up in a little scowl of concentration, and his lion tail swished back and forth as he attempted with only partial success to stack the blocks. He added one more, and they fell over, making him pout with dissapointment.
"bad blocks!" Pahan scolded them, shaking a tiny finger.

Akira took the block which then went straight to the tiny canine teeth. Gnawgnawgnaw His tail flopped a bit, watching as Pahan's blocks fell. His wolf-ears perked... Hm. Why was he doing that? Why wasn't he chewing them like he should be?
