Table of Contents The Rules The Introduction Avians, Humans, and You Avian Powers Human Powers Leveling and TXP Setting Character Application Characters The Rules - Follow all the rules of this guild and Gaia. - Content must remain PG-13 and lower. - Out of character messages should be written with (( )) or [ ] at the beginnings and ends to prevent confusion. - Please be literate. This is a serious RPG, so the minimum of an RP post is one paragraph with eight full sentences. Anything less won’t fit in here. - Romance is allowed, maybe even encouraged, but keep it non-graphic, non-sexual, and safe. There are minors that go on Gaia. - Character profiles should be PMed to me, Synphoniam, with a subject of, “Avian/Human”. - Don’t kill anyone without their permission. - Treat everyone else with respect. - Try to stay as active as possible. Leaving or becoming inactive in the middle of this RPG isn’t recommended. - Don’t god-mod or control another person’s character. - You may have a maximum of two characters. (This may change). - Characters must be sixteen or older. - Questions may be PMed to Synphoniam. - Here's a biggie. BE PATIENT. RP posts here require time and effort, so don't be surprised if it's hours before a person decides to submit their post. Don't rush on ahead and give them little to no time to reply to your own posts.

Table of Contents The Rules The Introduction Avians, Humans, and You Avian Powers Human Powers Leveling and TXP Setting Character Application Characters The Introduction Fear.
It creates havoc, pandemonium, conflict. Nothing needs to be justified anymore once fear takes over and begins to rule the once rational human brain. There is no honesty or sincerity; just a bunch of crazed individuals running, screaming, into the darkness of the night. Or perhaps even the light of the day.
And fear, exactly, was probably one of the more major things that formed the Hunt. In the advanced year of 3000, human kind has delved further into science and technology much further than it should have. After corruption began to run utterly rampant among the government, brilliant scientists who have discovered valuable research have been murdered one after another in repeated attempts to seize classified information for selfish purposes. This corruption continued on for decades, before a group of individuals decided they had enough and hacked into confidential records, where they deleted every single ounce of research stolen.
A furious government tracked these individuals down and tortured them mercilessly for vengeance and to gain back the information lost. But none of them uttered a word, despite years of punishment, because it was their gift to that cruel society—their gift for that society’s total corruption and screw-ups. And so, they perished; painfully, horribly, but happily.
Somehow, this information was leaked out to the public of how these people died… and ever since, the public has lived in fear. Fear.
The government has used this fear as leverage and influence to manipulate people into doing as it desired. A group of talented, but moral scientists was blackmailed into rediscovering all that was lost—all the information that had been lost. And then, after years and years and years and years of research, they have invented a totally phenomenal, but atrocious invention.
This invention was exactly what this government needed for even greater influence and power—power that was capable of controlling the entire world. This invention, the Genetik, was designed to merge human DNA and animal DNA together, creating a being that was capable of using advantages from both species to carry out dispatches, errands, and, virtually, anything.
Numerous experimentations with the Genetik have created only numerous failures and nothing remotely close to success. Too much animal DNA caused animal instincts to take over the rational human mind, but too little caused the deaths of both human and animal. Further research led to the improvement of this machine, which then resulted in the launch of Project GENETIKA.
And it was originally deemed a success. An insanely large number of humans and animals was captured and used. And everything—everything!—had been set to exact, perfect calculations, creating…
Problems?
Ironically, all the specimens had died except for one group: the group of half-humans who were either half-dove or half-raven. When all the processes and machines were rechecked, it was revealed that the Genetik machines that created this group were somehow flawed anyway. This created something that balanced out all the uneven equations in the other machines and led to supernatural abilities that neither human nor dove and raven could possibly have had in the beginning. This group was able to use powers that bordered the impossible.
However, the government had underestimated the intelligence of these finished experiments, and its entire force was killed by an enraged group of half-humans. These half-humans then hid their inhuman qualities and married into normal families, creating families of their own and children of their own. But this was a mistake. Not only did the children also possess inhuman qualities when they were born and cause many divorces, but the new government that was established decided that killing off every single one of them was necessary.
The public was easily persuaded by false claims that they had to be killed for the sake of mankind. Very soon, the entire human race was turned against these half-humans, who decided to gather together to form ranks of their own and fight back. These half-humans, called Avians, were going to fight back against the society they once loved and now hated.
Groups of people called Hunters were formed, and it was their duty to destroy and kill every single being that even possessed a trace of Avian blood. The Avians were deemed the Hunted because of their status of being “hunted” by Hunters. And the Hunt—well, we all know what that is now, don’t we?
But, nevertheless: let the Hunt begin.

Table of Contents The Rules The Introduction Avians, Humans, and You Avian Powers Human Powers Leveling and TXP Setting Character Application Characters Avians Avians are misunderstood, hunted beings who are crosses between humans and doves or ravens. Because of this, at times, when their wings make an appearance, they look like angels or demons.
Since the Genetik machines that their ancestors were originally created with were flawed, but balanced out uneven equations and calculations, Avians possess inhuman powers that border along the impossible. These powers can even be considered supernatural.
There are basically two types of Avians, and depending on which type you select (if you choose for your character to be an Avian), your character’s powers may vary. The first is the half-dove species, and the other is the half-raven species.Humans Humans are normal, regular people living their everyday lives. Or maybe not. They feel threatened by the existence of Avians, and feel they must be exterminated and completely wiped off the face of the planet.
With technology, training, information, and research on their side, humans aren’t as vulnerable to Avians as they seem. They can use these things to outmatch Avians and overpower them. And then there’s that possibility that a human can kill an Avian…
(Note: from now on, all humans must be against Avians.)You You, as a newcomer, pick one side (or race). That determines what your character’s purpose, species, and powers are. Simple, right? Hopefully.

Table of Contents The Rules The Introduction Avians, Humans, and You Avian Powers Human Powers Leveling and TXP Setting Character Application Characters Avian Powers Elementary (Lesser) Wings – These wings sprout from the area around a person’s shoulder blade. Each is one foot long. When they grow in, the process is often painful and causes bloodshed. Alternatively, they can be forced back into one’s body for concealment, but re-sprouting them is just as painful as when they grow in. Depending on whether or not one is half-raven or half-dove, these wings can be white or black. Half-doves are able to use these wings to hover five feet into the air. Half-ravens are able to use these wings to double their speed in body movement. At this stage, these wings cannot be used for actual flight (such as soaring, gliding, etc.)
(Lesser) Energy Formation – Using their hands, Avians are able to gather energy from themselves and create a small sphere of pure, glowing energy in their hands. This energy, when it creates contact with other causes a small explosion that can cause slight burns.
(Lesser) Empathy – Using the mind, an Avian can sense the emotions of another person nearby.
(Lesser) Telekinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can lift and move objects that weigh less than ten pounds. They must be within line of sight.
(Lesser) Telepathy – Using the mind, an Avian can read the minds of others. At this stage, Avians can only read thoughts that the victim is currently thinking.
(Lesser) Teleportation – By using an extremely sped-up process to force atoms to come apart and swiftly move to another location, an Avian can teleport five feet to another area within line of sight.
(Lesser) Overlook – With this power, an Avian can remain unseen unless someone focuses their attention on them.
(Lesser) Time Freeze – Using the mind, an Avian can freeze one small inanimate object that is less than five pounds in place for thirty seconds.
(Lesser) Pyrokinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can ignite a small area that has a radius of one foot with fire. (If this is selected, no other elements may be controlled.)
(Lesser) Hydrokinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can summon an orb of water that can be thrown. When it comes in contact with something, it creates a splash that has a radius of one foot. (If this is selected, no other elements may be controlled.)
(Lesser) Geokinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can slightly control the movement of one plant nearby. (If this is selected, no other elements may be controlled.)
(Lesser) Electrokinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can create a spark that causes light burning. (If this is selected, no other elements may be controlled.)
(Lesser) Shapeshifting – Using this skill, an Avian can rearrange their DNA to change the appearance of features on their face.
(Lesser) Weather Change – Using this skill, an Avian can cause clouds to block or unblock the sun and cause light rain. They can also change the temperature by five degrees (Fahrenheit).Complex (Greater) Wings - These wings sprout from the area around a person’s shoulder blade. Each is two feet long. When they grow in, the process is often painful and causes bloodshed. Alternatively, they can be forced back into one’s body for concealment, but re-sprouting them is just as painful as when they grow in. Depending on whether or not one is half-raven or half-dove, these wings can be white or black. Half-doves are able to use these wings to hover ten feet into the air and move around slightly. Half-ravens are able to use these wings to triple their speed in body movement. At this stage, these wings can only slightly be used for actual flight by half-doves (such as gliding)
(Greater) Energy Formation – Using their hands, Avians are able to gather energy from themselves and create a small sphere of pure, glowing energy in their hands. This energy, when it creates contact with other causes a large explosion that can cause powerful burns.
(Greater) Empathy – Using the mind, an Avian can send their emotions to another person nearby.
(Greater) Telekinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can lift and move inanimate objects that weigh less than fifty pounds. They must be within line of sight.
(Greater) Telepathy – Using the mind, an Avian can read the minds of others. At this stage, Avians can find out information that the victim is attempting to hide.
(Greater) Teleportation – By using an extremely sped-up process to force atoms to come apart and swiftly move to another location, an Avian can teleport ten feet to another area within line of sight.
(Greater) Overlook – With this power, an Avian can blend in with their surroundings, much like a chameleon.
(Greater) Time Freeze – Using the mind, an Avian can freeze two large inanimate objects that are less than twenty pounds each in place for one minute.
(Greater) Pyrokinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can ignite a small area that has a radius of five feet with fire. (If this is selected, no other elements may be controlled.)

(Greater) Geokinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can control the movements of a large number of plants nearby. (If this is selected, no other elements may be controlled.)
(Greater) Electrokinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can create a spark that causes intense burning. They can also use this power to fuel one object that runs on electricity. (If this is selected, no other elements may be controlled.)
(Greater) Shapeshifting – Using this skill, an Avian can rearrange their DNA to change the shape of their limbs.
(Greater) Weather Change – Using this skill, an Avian can cause clouds to block or unblock the sun and cause heavy rain, thunderstorms that can cause blackouts, and light snow. They can also change the temperature by five degrees (Fahrenheit).Complete (Greatest) Wings - These wings sprout from the area around a person’s shoulder blade. Each is five feet long. When they grow in, the process is often painful and causes bloodshed. Alternatively, they can be forced back into one’s body for concealment, which is a painless process, and regrowing them is painless as well. Depending on whether or not one is half-raven or half-dove, these wings can be white or black. Half-doves are able to use these wings to hover twenty feet into the air and fly, glide, or soar around very swiftly at speeds twice as fast as their running paces. Half-ravens are able to use these wings to quadruple their speed in body movement and slightly achieve flight (such as gliding and flying around slightly while three feet in the air). At this stage, flight can be achieved for twenty minutes, and speed enhancement for thirty minutes.
(Greatest) Energy Formation – Using their hands, Avians are able to gather energy from themselves and create a small sphere of pure, glowing energy in their hands. This energy can be sculpted into shapes (such as weapons) and then harden into actual objects. The larger the object, the more energy absorbed from the user.
(Greatest) Empathy – Using the mind, an Avian can manipulate the emotions of others to make them feel certain things (such as pride, hatred, sorrow, etc.)
(Greatest) Telekinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can lift and move objects that weigh less than one hundred pounds. They must be within line of sight.
(Greatest) Telepathy – Using the mind, an Avian can read the minds of others. At this stage, Avians can find out information that the victim is attempting to hide and look through the memories of others.
(Greatest) Teleportation – By using an extremely sped-up process to force atoms to come apart and swiftly move to another location, an Avian can teleport twenty feet to another area within line of sight.
(Greatest) Overlook – With this power, an Avian can become invisible for five minutes.
(Greatest) Time Freeze – Using the mind, an Avian can freeze animate objects for one minute.
(Greatest) Pyrokinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can ignite a small area that has a radius of five feet with fire. Additionally, they are able to wield fire in their hands (the fire they create cannot harm them) and sculpt it into forms and throw it. (If this is selected, no other elements may be controlled.)
(Greatest) Hydrokinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can summon a stream of water that can redirect objects less than thirty pounds and sculpt it and throw it. (If this is selected, no other elements may be controlled.)
(Greatest) Geokinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can control the movements of a large number of plants nearby. They can also use this power to speed up plant growth. (If this is selected, no other elements may be controlled.)
(Greatest) Electrokinesis – Using the mind, an Avian can create a spark that causes severe burning capable of scorching through flesh. They can also use this power to fuel two objects that run on electricity. (If this is selected, no other elements may be controlled.)
(Greatest) Shapeshifting – Using this skill, an Avian can rearrange their DNA to change their overall shape.
(Greatest) Weather Change – Using this skill, an Avian can cause clouds to block or unblock the sun and cause small twisters, whirlwinds, blizzards, and hail. They can also change the temperature by five degrees (Fahrenheit).

Table of Contents The Rules The Introduction Avians, Humans, and You Avian Powers Human Powers Leveling and TXP Setting Character Application Characters Leveling and TXP This idea is credited to the Metamorphosis RPG.
Gaining more abilities and leveling is a gradual process that takes time and effort.
TXP (our unit of experience points) is gained through the number of words in your post. The more words in your post, the more TXP you get per post. One TXP is equivalent to one hundred words. Two TXP is equivalent to two hundred words. Three TXP is equivalent to three hundred words. And so on. However, if you are five words from the next hundred, your TXP will be rounded up. So, for example, if you have ninety-five words, you get one TXP instead of none. If you have one hundred ninety-five words, you get two TXP.
Using TXP, people can level. A person reaches the next level by reaching every hundred TXP. Everyone starts at level one and gradually climbs up the ladder. At level one, you need one hundred TXP to reach level two. Then, your TXP count restarts to zero and you have to start all over again, except, this time, you have to gain an extra one hundred TXP. So, here’s some examples:
Level One: You start at this level. Level Two: This is gained by earning 100 TXP. Level Three: This is gained by earning 200 TXP. Level Four: This is gained by earning 300 TXP. Level Five: This is gained by earning 400 TXP. And so on.
You’ll have to keep track of your level and TXP by yourself. At the bottom of each post you make, you must write what level your character is, how much TXP they have in total, counting all your posts so far, and how much they earned that post. So, say your character’s name is John Smith, he’s level one, there are 539 words in the post, he earned five TXP from it, and he has have eighteen TXP so far. You would write:
((John Smith – Level One – 539 Words – 5 TXP Gained – 18 TXP Total))
You can use this to help count the number of words you have per post.
Now, as you level, you are entitled to earn more and more abilities. When you start out, you select one ability and include it in your character application. When you reach the next level, the abilities you have are upgraded by one level and you may receive a new ability at the first level. Since there are three levels total (Elementary/Lesser, Complex/Greater, Complete/Greatest), the highest level a skill can reach up to is Complete (or, also known as Greatest).
So, say, for example, that your character is an Avian who starts out with (Lesser) Pyrokinesis. When they level, (Lesser) Pyrokinesis is upgraded to (Greater) Pyrokinesis and they are allowed to have a new ability. Say that they pick (Lesser) Telepathy. When they level again, (Greater) Pyrokinesis is upgraded to (Greatest) Pyrokinesis, (Lesser) Telepathy is upgraded to (Greater) Telepathy, and they are then allowed to select a new ability. This cycle goes on and on until one runs out of abilities to select and when all their abilities are at the level of (Greatest) or Complete.
When you level and select a new ability, you need to PM Synphoniam so she can edit your character’s profile. Please note that.

Table of Contents The Rules The Introduction Avians, Humans, and You Avian Powers Human Powers Leveling and TXP Setting Character Application Characters Characters Avians Synphoniam Username: Synphoniam Name: Mick Avaria Age: 16 Gender: Female Race: Avian (half-raven) Appearance: (Picture) | Mick stands at a height of 5'5" and weighs approximately one hundred six pounds, with long locks of crimson-auburn hair that reach her approximate mid-back. Often times, she ties her hair up in a messy bun and leaves several strands framing her face, but occasionally she leaves it down. Mick can usually be seen with a calculating look in her silvery-violet eyes, which are almost never remaining on the same spot; rather, they are always darting about and observing her surroundings. This Avian is rather thin and slender for her age, but not enough to look starving. And although she doesn't look it, she is fairly capable of defending herself (or running away), so those who mess with her should be prepared for a rather nasty surprise. Abilities: (Lesser) Wings Personality: Mick is a quiet, secretive kind of person who is friendly once her trust is gained. She is devoted to those she trusts, but can be incredibly cold and cruel when her temper is provoked. Despite her calm, collected, and disinterested appearance, Mick is also very curious about the world and can sometimes stop at nothing to find out what she wants to know about. In other words, once she sets her mind on doing something, she won't stop until she's finished. Hidden away, she has a passion for music and the piano, finding them relaxing things to listen to. In addition, Mick has an odd fascination with birds. Especially ravens. Brief History: Mick suffers from amnesia, and the last thing she remembers is that she woke up in the streets one day, shivering and starving. Ever since, she has wandered around curiously, trying to find a purpose for her life and trying to find out more about The Hunt, ever since she was startled by a surprise of black wings tearing through the skin and flesh near her shoulder blades, emerging in a splash of warm red blood. She has hidden them away again, but still hasn't forgotten the burning, horrible pain, and thus, ever since, has hated and dreaded the feel of it. Occasionally, Mick takes up a job every here and there for money, but eventually quits and moves on. Nyx_Altair Username: Nyx_Altair Name: Greg Tovi Age: 23 Gender: Male Race: Avian - half dove Appearance: Tovi((Six feet eight inches tall, black hair with light blue streaks, light blue eyes, fair skin. Clothing: loose jeans, worn boots, a black cape with a blue stripe along the bottom)) Abilities: (Lesser) Wings Personality: Tovi is shy, blushes easily, and consistently nervous when he first meets someone. After some time he may loosen up, and he becomes his true self - one who appreciates honesty and trust from his friends. He doesn't value himself very highly and almost always puts others above him. He was trained to fight when he was young, but doesn't like to unless his friends or companions are in danger (if he believes he is supposed to protect them). Also, he is almost completely incapable of talking to girls properly. [wink] Brief History: Tovi was born to a harsh, somewhat cruel father and an unbelievably sweet mother. His father wasn't around much when he was young, but when he was there, Tovi was trained to fight with fists and knives. His mother, Eli (a half-dove), homeschooled him. In addition to his required learning, he was taught to cook and bake remarkably well, and inherited Eli's penchant for baking like crazy when frustrated or upset. He left home when he was eighteen, and after finding society far too scary for him, he settled into a forest, living in what clearings and spaces he could find until he established himself with a hammock and chest of belongings. Tovi generally keeps his wings out, since he lives mostly in seclusion and believes himself moderately safe from the Hunters. Taywen Username: Taywen Name: Llevyr Darque Age: 17 Gender: Female Race: Avian (half-raven) Appearance: Llevyr She's about 5'8", and has pink-streaked black hair. Her eyes are dark brown. Abilities: (Lesser) Overlook Personality: Llevyr has been betrayed several times throughout her life, and often finds it hard to trust anybody, for fear of yet another betrayal. She is incredibly independent, but at times acts like a small child. She has a strong smart alec streak, and tends to let it control her tongue more often than not. Llevyr is also a very private person, only leaving her home to work and buy necessities (preferably, she can fit those two together). Brief History: When she discovered her Avian power, at age twelve, she took up stealing. Her mother, the Avian, was killed a year later, turned in by her father. The girl fled, and lived on the streets for a time, stealing what she needed, until she was taken in by a gang. She stole with them for a time, until they discovered what made her such a successful thief - and they turned her in as well. Betrayed once again, she decided to disappear, for a time, slowly stealing enough to afford a small, one bedroom apartment. She got a job as a cashier at a grocery store and has been doing so ever since. Bloody Jean Username: Bloody Jean Name: Kenneth Jackson Age: 31 Gender: M Race: Half-Raven Avian Appearance: Kenneth has a buzz cut and his hair frizz is platinum blonde. Standing about 6'2" he's well built and his skin is fairly unmarred for his age. He typically wears a business suit and has a gold plated pocket watch, which he consults obsessively. He is extremely pale and has dim blue eyes, almost grey. Abilities: (Lesser) Empathy Personality: Kenneth is very detached and likes to watch people. He's found it overwhelming to know how people are feeling because when he was younger he felt an obligation to cheer people up, but since he's been discriminated against for his avian parentage all his life he's learned to just observe people live and let live. Many don't want his help anyway. Brief History: Kenneth always wanted to be in the army when he was little. His parents believed in the idea of liberty and he wanted to go defend it, but found that whoever he consulted discouraged him and berated him for wanting to go into a mostly human organization. He built himself up and eventually met the requirements to join the army. He enlisted, met all the prerequisites, but then retracted his enlistment because his extended family was so disappointed in him joining in with those human scum. He kept up in physical shape and opened a successful gym. After a while Kenneth stared a small chain of gyms open to both humans and avians. He sold his chain and invested in the stock market. He is independently wealthy, and likes to sit in the park now and people watch. Humans Endrance_N_Mia Username: Endrance_N_Mia Name: Endrance Ichinose (a.k.a. En) Age: 20 Gender: Male Race: Human Appearance: EndranceAbilities: (Lesser) Enhanced Feel Personality: Endrance stays to himself and prefers to be alone. He is most happy when in battle and sometimes even provokes unnecessary fights. He has nothing against avians and actually has a grudge against humans and their need to kill. He isn't a hypocrite, though. He loves battles but not battles to the death. Brief History: Endrance worked for the military up until his fiance died in a war. Since then, he became a hunter in order to make a living. As it states above, he has a grudge against humans. This started because their greed caused his fiance to die, or at least that's what he tells himself. Endrance works to help free avians because he believes it's what his fiance would've wanted, but he also takes jobs from some humans. jacks_project_mayhem Username: jacks_project_mayhem Name: Echo Shae Age: 18 Gender: Female Race:: Human Appearance: : ~PIC~Abilities: (Lesser) Charisma Personality: Echo is most commonly known as being a sweet, hardworking, mild mannered girl. She has a natural will do work her hardest to make those around her feel content and safe. Although she looks fair and not strong, she can be quite snappy when angered, and has the bravery to protect herself in a time of danger of either herself or those around her, even if she doesn't have the strength to do so...yet. Brief History: Echo was raised to hate the Avians. She however never saw the need. By what she heard, it sounded much more like propaganda than any kind of actual report concerning the Avians in actuality. She couldn't stand the unbreakable stubbornness of her parents who greatly hate the Avians, and decided to move out at 15. She wasn't going to be remembered as one of the humans who was mistaken in their judgment of the creatures. She now tries her best to give refuge to any that need it, for she owns a small facility. She provides hospitality to those she feel need it. She hopes to one day protect an Avian, and have that one being spread the word that there is hope to end the injustice, and that Echo is there to help any who want it. Nyx_Altair Username: Nyx_Altair Name: Johnathan Vincent Krupke (Vince/Vinny) Age: 29 Gender: Male Race: Human Appearance (picture or description): Pic((That's right. I'm a photo-stealer. >.> But um. He's five feet eleven inches, has medium-brown hair with blond highlights and rich chocolate-brown eyes.)) Abilities: (Lesser) Weaponry Personality: Vince is a fierce, wicked soul with a burning desire to take out Avians. He enjoys working out and fighting anything that will battle with him. Also a dog-lover, he keeps two harshly trained black labs (Beretta and Shadow) who aid him in Hunts. He is (surprisingly) a gay vegan. Brief History: He was raised by a military father and fitness-obsessed mother on many bases throughout the country. He grew up starting fights and fast-paced verbal debates with classmates and neighbors over the issue of... just about anything. After moving his third time, he met his best friend, who he still remains in steady contact with even after further moves. He became a Hunter because of a firmly-instilled belief system from his parents - Avians are evil, and the weaker members of the human race need to be protected. Synphoniam Username: Synphoniam Name: Anna Cruxis Age: 21 Gender: Female Race: Human Appearance: Anna is a fairly attractive woman with a slender frame and pale, ivory skin. Reaching a height of 5'9", she has long, ebony locks of hair that cascade several inches past her shoulders. Often times, she can be seen wearing an outfit comprised of a sleeveless black shirt and gray pants created out of flexible, lasting material that makes it easy for her to move quickly and fluidly. Abilities: (Lesser) Enhanced Sight Personality: Anna is naturally charming, and is rather laid-back. She can seem lazy at times, but is always alert and always has her guard up. Quite the selfish, ambitious woman, Anna will often do things her way. Even if she's given instructions. Brief History: After her parents, who worked in the government, were killed by an Avian, Anna grew to detest the race, despite whatever they had gone through, because she was so close to her parents. Now, she serves the government as well in attempts to purge the planet of Avians, knowing that they are dangerous and, supposedly, unreliable and cruel. Nevareh Username: Nevareh Character Name: Dr. Warren Ian Kane Gender: Male Age: 16 Race: Human Appearance: A short (5'5''), slight young man with pale skin, red hair, and green eyes. He looks like he prefers brains over brawn, any day, and habitually wears glasses or goggles of some sort despite having 20/20 vision. Possesses a spine-jack that enables him to interface with cyberware, and has a microcomputer he keeps on his person at all times. Also likes to carry around a toolkit and a utility belt. He is clearly not out of puberty. Abilities: (Lesser) Weaponry Personality: Warren is a generally effervescent, keen young man whose inborn ADHD and avid interest in life is constantly at war with his perfectionism and his urge to be efficient. He is, without a doubt, one of the smartest people alive, as evinced by his possession of a doctorate at the age of fifteen, but this contrasts with his direct lack of real life experience. He is good with his hands, likes to build things, and LOVES puzzles and challenges... which is why he is a Hunter. Easily manipulated to an extreme, he has a tendency to confuse real life and real pain with the melodramas he loves to read in his free time, since for him life is basically a game, and he has yet to lose. He doesn't exactly HATE Avians, just like he doesn't really HATE anything. They're just extremely challenging prey, and he loves himself a challenge. He also loves being part of a team, having no friends his own age. Biography in Brief: Warren is an exceptionally gifted individual and has spent most if not all of his life in a variety of schools and think-tanks, giving him a very skewed idea of what life is supposed to be. By the age of ten, he had completed all forms of primary and secondary schooling available, and by thirteen he had his first doctorate in Nano-Engineering. He sees his parents regularly, and though he lives off of a tax-free government stipend larger than his parent's income he periodically stays at home with them. He has, since getting his second doctorate in Cross-Electrical Theory, spent his time in search of greater challenges, which the government happily supplied. Warren, since becoming a government-subsidized hunter, has accrued four kills to his name, and will gladly seek out any other number of targets not out of malice but out of boredom. Taywen Username: Taywen Name: Alystar Crowley (Crow) Age: 24 Gender: Male Race: Human Appearance: (Crow) He's about 6' tall. Abilities: (Lesser) Enhanced Smell Personality: Cruel, Crow often prolongs the death of any Avian he comes upon for as long as he can. He particularly enjoys cutting off their wings, if they have any when he finds them. He is intelligent, and uses his abilities (he only has one for now, but...) to Hunt Avians mercilessly. Even fellow Hunters often avoid him, and any who do attempt to near themselves to him are met with harsh words and a cold shoulder. Brief History: Crow was born the child of two prestigious Hunters. He was raised with a strong hatred of all the genetically enhanced beings, and when his parents were killed by Avians before his eyes - they spared him, for he was still only a child, about eleven years old - this only hardened his attitude. Lately, he's gotten wind of an Avian working at a grocery store, but he's usually interested in flashier jobs... Phant0mPaiyne Username: Phant0mPaiyne Name: Adrian Ashford Age: 25 Gender: Male Race: Human Appearance: (( Adrian)) Adrian is an enigmatic, mysterious man whose handsome appearance does much more than attract the attention of others. Standing out even in crowds, his alluring appearance can easily seduce the unwary. He is a tall man with a powerful, but slim stature, with black hair and seductive gray eyes. Abilities: (Lesser) Weapons Personality: Mysterious and seducing, Adrian can be quite the charmer when he wants to be. He can be quite cunning and clever at times, dark and cruel the next. Adrian often appears bored, but may actually be immersed in his thoughts despite this bored appearance. However, usually, he is simply quiet and reserved, choosing to speak only when needed or when he desires to. At rare times, he can be sincere and moderately kind, but he doesn't often let this side show. Brief History: Throughout his childhood years, Adrian developed quite the love for blood and murder. When he became old enough, he became a Hunter, loving the thrill of the chase and the feeling of control that he gets whenever he acquires yet another kill. Adrian usually keeps to himself, but occasionally, he befriends others (mostly for benefit, but sometimes just for the heck of having people to be around). This powerful and dangerous Hunter also sometimes hunts with others, but usually sticks by himself.

Distractions, distractions, more distractions xp It turns out that my mom unexpectedly announced that some of my cousins would be coming over. It's likely that they're sleeping over, so I won't be able to start The Hunt yet.
Sorry 'bout that, guys. But keep the applications coming in biggrin We need some more villains! Please, no more good people until we even out the numbers...
7/6/07
Sadly, I won't be able to go on Gaia for most of tomorrow, July 7th. I'm leaving the house for a while, so, I won't be able to use the Internet for a while. However, once I get the chance, I'll get this RP started seeing as there's no point of waiting any longer.
7/5/07
Seeing as the profiles are coming in, we'll start soon smile However, both sides should be evened out and I hope for at least five people per side. Therefore, there should be several Avians, several humans that don't really hate Avians (optional), and several humans who do hate Avians (this should be equivalent to the number of Avians and humans who don't hate Avians combined).
Once we have enough people, we'll start.

I've finished posting up this RPG, but I won't be around for a while. Additionally, this RPG is still closed, so no actual posting may be done. However, keep your profiles coming in because once I get back, we may be able to get started smile I'm back, so once I get enough applications, we'll start.

Endrance walked around in the forest, once again, alone. He just finished his last job and decided to take a mini-vacation. He didn't have anywhere planed, more like he would wander until he feels like going back to work. His last job didn't pay too well, but he could survive on what it did. Endrance liked being in the woods like this. To be this close to nature, away from stress, and, most of all, away from all human contact. Endrance started to whistle a tune he learned from his childhood.
