We could hold a contest over flag designs.
I'll go set it up now in one of the sub-forums.

We'll need to figure out squat leaders too.
We need a Battle System sub-furom.

Here's my idea for ranks,
Private:
Corporal:
Sergeant:
Lieutenant:
Captain:
Major:
Colonel:
General:
Commander in Chief:
It's a condenced version of the regular Army's ranking system. Personaly I think Seraphim the Grim should be Commander in Chief, since she is the Captain of the Grey Hearts Guild.
