Okay, so I'm new at this whole admitting things. I'm usually very self conscious about myself and I don't like admitting things expecially not talking about my issues to others. But I got invited to this guild because my sister asked for me to join and I was looking around and I noticed that everyone seems really mature and helpful about everything so I decided to see if I could get some help. Okay, so I'm 16 and I am about 5'2" and I'm 128 pounds. I went to the doctor recently and asked them if it was a healthy weight and how to lose my stomach because I have been wearing a sweater 24/7 to try to cover it up since I am very self conscious about everything. Besides that, I have frizzy curly hair and usually when I get in the shower a lot of hair comes out, is that normal? I also wanted to see if anyone had a good idea for a hair style for me, I'll provide two pictures of me to see if it helps.

How much is a "a lot of hair"? It's normal for a few to go; you lose about 75 hairs every day. But if it looks like a lot more than that, you might want to talk to a professional about it.
Second, according to the BMI (and my own personal experience) you are at a healthy weight. I don't know what to tell you about having a belly (if you really do have one; your pictures are inconclusive on that front). I used to worry about mine, but then... actually I don't remember what happened, I just sort of got more open about my body. I blame summertime, and swimming at the pond. Oh, and the skinny-dipping incident. x'D
I suppose you could find an exercise program to be more fit, but I honestly have no idea how to do that, having never done it myself. Perhaps one of the oher girls can help you better than I can. Mike is a timid insecure girl.

Thank you, you helped a lot ^.^ I haven't found an exercise program or anything, but I was kind of hoping that I could just stick with doing 130-260 crunches every day on that new AB thingy, I forget what it's called sweatdrop I also confronted my mom about my hair loss problem and she said that it probably just looks like a lot since its in a bunch. So I'm not going to worry about it for now unless it gets worse 3nodding

Help bring it back. Purple Mooing Llamas... I agree with MoonTree, you are a healthy weight. But I am a bit confused about the having a belly thing. You're only 16, which means you still have some baby fat on you. Most girls obsess over this thinking, "Oh my god, I'm so fat!!" Indeed it is fat, but it's perfectly normal. As you mature into a woman (around 20ish) you loose that little roundish belly you have. As a matter of fact, I think it's kind of cute (woah hold on, I'm straight so don't get me wrong).
For exercise, simply a thirty minute routine everyday is enough. I usually go down to my high school track and walk. 3nodding

First off, wow, you're so pretty! heart
Secondly, I think I know exactly what you mean about the 'belly'. When I was, I dunno, sixteen or so I was exactly the same height and weight as you, and I had a bit of one too, though it's a perfectly healthy weight. I went off of soda and chips (I was having like, three sodas and day and a bag of chips) and in about three months I'd lost two inches off my stomach, no exercise involved. So if you drink a lot of soda or eat a lot of chips or something, it might just be that. Though remember that almost all women have a little bit of extra on their stomach (totally flat stomachs are, well, rare and not always possible depending on bodytype), so don't go crazy over it.
Also, if you do want a fun exercise, try playing DDR. :3 It's really fun! And remember that when you do crunches and such, you're not burning much fat, but you're building muscle. Then that muscle layers under whatever fat you might have, and it can actually make you look bigger, weidly enough. O.o Though more muscle will raise your metabolism, which is always good. And you'll have a really nice stomach after awhile! XD
Also, you may grow and change shape late; I did that too, after I turned eighteen.
As for your hair, losing what looks like a ton is normal as long as your hair isn't actually thinning out and you're not getting bald spots and such. For it being frizzy, do you use conditioner? Conditioner will really help it. I like your hair as it is now, but you might wanna try playing with ways to pin it up, or add ribbons or clips or something if you're bored with it. :3

Yeah, I understand that girls usually still have their baby fat, but it's not only baby fat for me. I've been doing crunches to try to get rid of some of it at least because I'm getting tired of people calling me fat and ugly. And since I'm one of those people that can't ignore what others say, I wanted to try to get rid of my problem but crunches is taking too long sweatdrop

I thought that that would make you gain more and on top of that give you bad zit problems. If I do grow out of it I'll be soo happy though and hopefully I'm as lucky as you XD I recently did get a hair cut and I now have side bangs and I usually straighten my hair, but my main concern about my hairstyle is that I want to change it because my nose looks bigger sometimes since my nose is pretty big lol. So yeah I've been trying to find a hairstyle that would look nice and wouldn't make my nose stick out more than it does now. XD

Doing crunches and such will build up muscle. If what you have is fat, you may just want to do more entire bodily exercises, because muscle builds on top of fat. And if you quit exercising one day, all that muscle will be on top of fat, creating more fat. gonk

So yeah I've been trying to find a hairstyle that would look nice and wouldn't make my nose stick out more than it does now. XD Hehe, I meant NOT eat chips and soda. XD Yeah, the other way around doesn't work great. Especially when you add coffee and chocolate on top of it. You know, come to think of it, it's no wonder I'm unaffected by caffiene now. XDDD;
XD Your nose is cute! I have a rather big nose as well, not to mention it's also crooked and smashed because I broke it once or twice. XD Most people really don't notice or think about it, besides the person WITH the nose. XD So I don't worry about it. It helps add the exotic look. But if you really want to make it look smaller, it usually helps to just draw attention away from it.
Having hair down around your face will sometimes draw the eye to create a contrast between the size of all your features plus your hair, and your nose'll stand out. You might try putting your hair in a low ponytail, then pulling the rest of your hair up on the back of your head and clipping in it place with a big claw clip. It looks really nice and it seems to draw attention away from the contrasting sizes of facial features. Also, emphasizing your eyes or lips to draw attention to them will help too.

I can show you a few tips and stuff to do with your hair, if you like. :3 Mine's wavy at the moment, so it will probably behave correctly for demonstrating (mine's naturally stick-straight, and I also loved curly hair... That's just the way it always is, right? XDD)
Oh, and as for the crunches, they'll both help and they won't. They'll build the muscle to raise your metabolism, thereby burnign more fat, but until that happens they'll just layer and might make your stomach look bigger. However, it's worth doing them anyway, because then if you do lose fat you've suddenly got really nice muscles there underneath. XD

Help bring it back. Purple Mooing Llamas... Walking or jogging is fine. You can run, but you don't have to. I prefer to walk myself for reasons of having large breasts. Running + big boobs = bad. stare
You can do crunches still, but I would suggest not so many. Doing about 20-30 would be fine. 3nodding
