Metamorphose.Org Metamorphose is a TG Site thats has links to 1000's of TG/TF related things. Great for finding new TG related things.

Mashiro's Castle: This link is to the english version of the site, but it's a place where you can find many Japanes TG stories. The have a nice gallery and a few decent tranformation animatoins.
