I know the Aliens came from their planet to take over Earth ((once again?)), but who are the Aliens as a whole and what happened to their planet for them to want Earth again?

eek I never actually thought about it O_O
I guess my instincts are that the "Aliens" are a version of us that evolved just slightly differently... I mean... their anatomy is similar to us seeing as they once lived on earth, but it seems they changed to adapt, like how they don't need air to breathe. And I think their planet was probably unstable to begin with... and it probably became inhospitable or something.

Thanks for joining the discussion! Yeah... Its an interesting question I should think... seeing as the author of the Mew Mew books didnt actually tell you much about the aliens...
Thank GOD for fanfics! Without them, I'd have virtually no ideas...
And, partly due to this topic, I have decided to build upon what I think the Aliens really are in the TMM fanfic I'm writing biggrin !

I am the one without a name, seeing as nemo means no one... I have another more... used nickname which I regularly use on the internet and a real name which I hate XD

Their planet was contaminated like Earth was becoming, so I think they wanted to come to purify it, and live there. Im pretty sure, remembering that their planet died?
This also connects with the who is deep blue thread?
Who is deep blue? And how did he control Masaya? Guesses are,
Masaya may HAVE been Deep blue, and like.... His spirit may have gone into Masaya's body when he was a child. And the Aliens came, following their master. Waiting for Masaya to grow up, and have enough chaos and pollution or whatever, for Deep blue to awaken again. That would explain where the Kirema anima came from out of nowhere, and how the aliens...er... Kirema anima knew where Masaya and Ichigo were at the start of the book.
And would also explain why Masaya wanted the Earth to be clean, and un-polluted and stuff. Considering Deep blue was a part of him, and he remembered his planet dying, starting from that pollution.
I like that idea best ^
But Masaya could have just been Masaya. The dude who hated people litering, and the world becoming polluted. And the aliens needed to use someone, with a deep desire of purifying the world, like Masaya.
( which is a really boring idea...butttt... >>;; )
And don't you think the author was trying to get something through to use in this manga? * raises eyebrow* all the pollution, the loss of trees (oxygen) and global warming? The thing that happened in that manga was like a fantasy version of what's happening here

Yeah, I reckon the author was ^^ Its why I was a bit annoyed with the ending... there was NO mention of the environment then -_-
