I don't know how to say this without sounding arrognat, so screw it.
Some people disbelieve in Evolution, but nobody disbelieves in Natural Selection. People who say they do are either lying or don't know what it is. If a population of lizards living on a beach with black volcanic sand is split into two groups, one red and one black, but are alike in every other way, the black lizards are less likely to be seen by predators. Therefore, less black lizards will be eaten than red lizards. That's it. There is no way in hell you can claim that's a conspiracy against your religion.
Evolution is basically Natural Selection applied to a long period of time with the inevitability of genetic mutations and a changing environment. So if you believe in DNA, you believe in Evolution. You may believe that humans did not evolve from anything and were created by God, but you cannot deny that given enough time, species will evolve.

Let's not forget also that evolution was never intended to explain the origin of life, just how new species come into existence.

Who cares? Abiogenesis is way more fun than "snap! Let there be life!"

Baron von Turkeypants Who cares? Abiogenesis is way more fun than "snap! Let there be life!" And we all know religious thought is about having fun.

On a sarcastic note, you really only sound arrogant if others think you know what you're talking about.
But let's not forget about those who, in the face of overwhelming contradictory evidence, claim that a group of primitive people living in tents two millennia ago were better informed about the origins of the universe than we are now.
Honestly, if you're worried about being arrogant, just think about that.

Fiasco:
Are you implying that if those people equipped with water, electricity, tvs, and more importantly, a scientific approach to life... they would NOT think that there are spirits, ghosts, or gods roaming around?
As far as i know, the scientific way of thinking may have lots of freaking answers to "everyday stuff" (miraculous stuff... to those people you make a reference to) but we still don't KNOW for sure, where in the ******** is that missing link that definitely proves evolution does happen? Where did all the matter came from for that big bang?
If you ask me, we are just as primitive as those people... only we got fancier clothing, electricity and more razors than we need.

OK Anon, you go living your life by the assumption that we are primitive people who don't know anything, and see how far that gets you.
