Which one sounds more humane considering the person getting one of these most likely took one or more fellow humans lives in an enraged attempt for some attention
so which one for you i'd choose lethal injection the most painless
now you decide
i know the can't legally do electric chair or hanging anymore but if they could which one do you think would be more humane and which one would you choose if you had a choice of dieing?

First of all, I would choose lethal injection if I was going to get sentenced to death, you don't feel a thing, they put you under. But since I don't have to worry about that. I think we should line them up, shot them and put them in a mass grave. Out of the 3 electric chair sounds the most painful.

I'd say lethal injection, because it's the less cruel method. However, I don't think giving people death sentence is any good, because if you think about it, after they kill them, only the family suffers and everything's over. On the contrary, if it were life sentence, you can be certain the criminals will suffer in jail and actually pay for what they did.

Who would really choose anything but the lethal injection? I doubt anyone really wants to feel the pain of hanging or the electric chair...

personally i would pick lethal injection. but if there getting back at a criminal who took multiple lives i would say the electric chair because its the one everyone is scared of because its slightly slower then hanging and much more painful

How is causing another person extra pain during death to get revenge going to make anyone feel better? I believe the death penalty should only be done by leathal injection. or the guillotine biggrin

I say let 'em rot in a dark hole where they never know what is going to come out of the walls untill they're old and they die. If I had to choose, I'd say leathal injection is probably the least painful. The chair is just stinky, and hanging takes a while... If they're really bad, I'd say peel off their skin one layer at a time... then sit their bodies out in the sun in a place no one can smell them and wait till all thats left is bones 'cause they evaporated...

It's a little quicker. You have to wait till the hanged person suffocates because of their broken neck. And you can't get back at a dead guy. Plus, that wouldn't help evil person's family.

Hanging i know yes illigal but there is a but to this it was a way to kill witches in the salum witch days eh??

I think it all depends. If they murder Hanging or Electric chair to show the pain the victim went through. If they rape, lethal injection to let them suffer slow death for emotionally and physically scarring some one for the rest of there life.

Revenge is like a drug in every imaginable way. Think about it. And I know you do the same things, too. So we're really not that different, me and you.

Well, if someone was executed, he/she must suffer because he/she was naughty. Right?
The execution won't be useful if it wasn't, wich is my humble opinion.
arrow If you stick a needle in his/hers arm, he won't feel anything, the family suffers the most and the only ones having fun is the press. (the press always gets the most fun stare )
arrow If you hang him/her, he'll/she'll break his neck. Does that hurt? I've never broken my neck before (not that I want to), but I consider it as painfull. So that's an option.
arrow But, if you electric-chair him, he'll suffer. Or not, if it's high voltage.
Conlusion: hang him first, then electrucate him before you stick a needle in his *ss. biggrin

And people don't just support executions and the death penalty because the person "did something naughty". If that was so, then the victim's family would have no say in the outcome of the trial. The truth is executions exist because the victim's family, more often than not, is compelled to act by the Texan State-wide Motto: "You kill us, we'll kill you back."
It's a rather barbaric philosophy to follow, even for a revenge-fanatic. "Killing him/her back" doesn't punish the criminal at all (unless they would rather be a Prison Princess, to each his own), it only punishes their family. And it's not like their family committed the crime, right? And I know you do the same things, too. So we're really not that different, me and you.

If anyone saw sherk then I hope you remember when some ladie said the funniest line in the movie"give them the chair"lol so thats what I think. I mean who cares what the people are going to fell like one they probably deserved to die doing something really bad so they should die very painfully.

Sure, yes, maybe for someone who has kill more than say....5 lives. But even then, death is the quick way out. If you really wanted a man to suffer, then you make him stay in jail for the rest of his life. No contact to the outside world period. Not even a calendar.
Anyways, as I was going to say. One man in France a hundred years ago believed that when you die at the guillotine that the blade drops so fast that your still alive when they hold your head up to the crowd. He was on death row and he tested his theory and told the executioner that he will blink twice if he is still conscience after his head has been severed. He blinked twice. But the question is was he really conscience or just a muscle twitch?.
