I wonder if it's even possible to even do an good gundam pen and paper game based on stuff like BESM or a D20 type stuff.

If you can come up with a sample or a srot kof idea then I'd be happy to help.
Did you ever go and play the game on Toonami.com when they had the Gundam Chess game? Possibly that could be manipulated into a sort of Pen and Paper game no doubt?

I did, but it was a long time ago. Plus the story I wanted to do was more of an alternate things not really based on one paticular anime, and a orginal story but still had a war based theme.
Did you had any thing on the stats there. I mean I needed help in even figure out on how to build an mech based on points, or in D20 whatever they used to do such stuff since I never play that. but then again I only have one book of BESM so I am not a great expert on the topic, so that's why I was asking for help.

I respect your search but I've seen a few and they were too hard to convert into d20 rules

Okay. Well I can scratch D20 out. But still I would like to see if it can be done on a pen and paper game, just out of an morbid curosity.

d20 system? I think it's possible. You'd of course have the player characters and their individual stats(str, dex, etc and the skill like diplomacy, search, spot, profession, etc), and...as far as gundams go, I suppose you'd treat it sort of like a separate creature with it's own stats(the str, etc), but for skill checks, you'd use the pilot's skill--perhaps with a +mod to it...
It'd be a little tricky, but it's completely doable.

okay, and sorry for not posting in here for awhile. I really wanted to get into an good rp, but haven't really done so. Most of the time I feel like wanting more. Plus I don't know really how to do the D 20 stuff. I mean I have stuff to read with, but without experience it could be difficult for me to figure out how things work. Same for D 6.
