The sun had gone down behind the tree's. It was over cast allowing only a few stars to share their glory upon the land of Dacaiana. Mizer treaded towards Psyche's layer. Just like he had promised he was back to win over her heart. He had fallen for the dark white and purple wolf after hearing how much strength she carried with in her self. A brave she wolf for sure. He was not treading lightly like he normally did. This time he wanted Psyche to know he was coming.
The stench from the rotting corpses was now clearly making a statement. This scent meant that he was getting closer. Faster he trotted until the pile of dead wolves was in sight. After passing by it he skidded to a stop in front of Psyche's layer. He could not see her, the stars had not been kind in blessing this night with much light and the moon was on its dark side. It was a good thing the two were wolves and could count on their other senses, other wise this fight would be tougher.
"Psyche?" Mizer wanted to make sure she was in her den. This trip would have been a waist if she was not even home.

From above Mizer the body of a wolf dropped in a shower of blood. Psyche was in the tree over-top of him, blood dripping down as she smiled slightly, "You came back." Then she jumped down, landing in front of him. Her aura was just as strong as ever, barely a drop of blood on her as she used the dead wolf to cushion her landing. She always was one for the big enterance.
"And I was starting to worry that you had broken your promise. Good to know you're a wolf of your word, I suppose. Is this it? Our big fight, to find out whether or not you'll break my curse, Blue-Boy?" She asked, moving in front of her den in her stalking nature, leaving death, rot and blood in her wake. But she was glad he had come back. More glad than she would ever admit, but glad none-the-less. Never before had a wolf seemed worthy to fight her.
She could tell that Mizer would be very much a worthy opponent, and they so rarely were. Yes, he would be fine. She wouldn't mind losing to him. He had kept his word. He had come back for her.

Mizer's yellow and white eyes widened as a shower of blood followed by a wolf male dropped in front of him. Yet another one of Psyches victims. He did not jump or yelp though. It was a bit surprising though, he had to admit, to see a wolf fall from a tree. He did not move a muscle when Psyche landed on the corpse. He had expected her to follow after.
A smile formed on the wolves maw. "Of course, I am a wolf of honor. I would never break a promise I made for battle." He said, his smile still wide on his maw. He was happy that she remembered him. He had not expected such a warm welcome back.
"Well I guess we should get started then," He said bowing at his rival before darting foward with a good amount of speed. Reading his claws to attack as he plunged into the air.

Psyche dodged to the side, though barely, causing Mizer to land several feet behind her with nothing to show for it. She grinned and rounded on him, her feet digging into the ground as she ran forward, eyes going wild as she ripped up grass and mud, jaws opening wide.
With the single-minded intent of ripping him to shreds with her jaws, she went straight for his neck, claws extended, still soaked with the blood of the wolf she had killed only moments before.

Mizer blinked for a moment surprised that he had missed. He heard the ripping of grass behind him turning around and moving to the side just in the nick of time. Psyche was a very talented fighter. He was lucky to have dodged what attack.
His powerful legs kicked him back into the air as he almost seemed to be flying. His claws extended again aiming for Psyche's rear now. His yellow and white eyes seemed to be glowing in the dim light setting.

Psyche cried out as Mizer's claws sank into her haunches, right on her back, but the cry quickly turned into a snarl of anger. He had hurt her. He had hurt her badly.
And Psyche hated it when anyone hurt her.
She flipped around, aiming her entire body straight for a nearby tree, swinging around full force with Mizer still attached, into the trunk, meant to squash him between the trunk, and the full weight of her body.

Mizer yipped in pain as his back made contact with the trunk of the mighty tree. The tree seemed to be crying out in pain as well. Psyche was strong for sure. She had put so much force into hitting the tree with him, his back was hurt now and it was not just a bruise.
He shook it off unlatching him self from the dark female and the tree until he was on all fours. A pain stung his back but he was still able to fight. With a blink of an eye he made his way for Psyche's back leg fangs extended shining in the reflection of the stars.

Psyche growled and leapt off the back of the tree, turning in mid-air, blood flying from her own wounds as she slashed down with her front flaws towards Mizer's face, hoping that her attack had hurt him more than his had hurt her.
With her claws extended, she tried to ignore the near-blinding pain from her haunches. She aimed, once again, to rip him to shreds with her deadly claws.

Mizer yipped as her claws made contact with his face. They had dug pretty deep into his maw which now bleed widely. It was a hot pain but he was still able to fight even though his back and maw hurt bad. He took cover running through the tree's. His speed increased as he dodged tree's in his path reemerging now at Psyche's right side. He was aiming to head butt her on her side. He increased speed widely, blood flying from his wound on his maw as he did so. He had to keep his promise he just had to.

Psyche 'umphed' as his head connected with her side, sending her flying into a pile of her dead bodies. She stood shakily, feeling her broken ribs on her side. She breathed hard and smiled, staggering slightly before she shook it off. Then she ripped through the dead bodies, running straight back at Mizer.
She lowered her head and moved to get under Mizer and throw him over her shoulder back towards her stone den. She knew her terriotry well. She used it to her advantage.

Mizer was surprised that she was still up and moving after a blow like that. This wolf was a warrior and he was glad.
Before he realized that she was charging him it had been to late. He was sent flying into the air. Before he knew it he had landed on the unforgiving stone layer on his side. He coughed up a good deal of blood this time. She had gotten him good. The rough surface of the rock had torn at his side. He was bleeding now from his muzzle and side. He probably had a few broken ribs. He huffed. He was weaker now but his legs were fine. His promise, he had to up hold his honor.
With a bit of blurred vision and pain now stinging at his side he slowly got to his paws. Once he got his bearings he charged her with as much energy as he could muster, fangs shining in the star light again. He had to keep his promise.

Psyche dodged to the side, the blow hitting her shoulder, throwing her off-balance and probably bruising, but it was hardly the worst injury she had suffered that night. She bared her fangs and leapt, hoping to get on top of him and bite into the back of his neck.

Mizer moved out of the way, however not in the nick of time. She had sunk her fangs into his tail. There was hot pain but it was livable.
His hind legs reared up as he prepared to use his mighty legs for a donkey kick.

Mizer's feet hit her full-on in the face, knocking her backwards and sending her rolling across the ground, covered in dirt and her own blood. She didn't think that anything was broken this time, but she could taste blood in her mouth, and spat it out on the ground.
"Damn it..." Psyche growled, then she ran straight up a tree into the brannches, leaping across from branch to branch until she was above Mizer and leapt down, all of her claws out and her jaws wide-open.

Mizer let out a howl this time feeling fangs and claws dig deep with in his flesh. She had hit him dead on on his back neck and side. The pain was horrible and he could feel his blood rushing out. He had to keep his promise though, he had to.
Tearing away from Psyche her speed up turning around facing her dead on. His fangs out again this time. A trail of his own blood followed him in his efforts. He did not know how much longer he would be able to keep this up. But still he charged forth aiming for her neck. His promise was all that kept him going. If this had been a fight with any other wolf he would have admitted defeat. But this was different. He made a promise.
