Have you heard of the tales of animals who travel miles upon miles to a watering hole? Some may never have been there before, but something in them draws them to it. Perhaps an inner yearning, a desire to have their thirst quenched. I hope this place becomes that to you all. A place where you can quench your unending thirst, but what else is there to do at a watering hole besides drinking? Talking of course! Please feel free to use this place as a way to just chat. It can be about things completely random, or actually have some meaning, it is up to you, but please whatever you do, watch out for the crocodiles within the water... they lurk about ready to bite you.. but no worries, as long as you follow gaia's ToS, you'll be safe from their threats ^_^.

Well first off, I'd like to say thanks for the invite from Holly!
I'm always looking for quality literate guilds here on gaia and in the fours years I've been here have found only two. Hopefully this will be a third!

Wow... I hope we do live up to your standards haha. I really wanted to create a literate guild because I saw how much rps in Barton town die to illiteracy. Not only that but I joined a guild that was non-lit/semi-lit and well I just did not like it that much. So this is how this was created lol. If it doesn't meet your expectation you can always throw in a suggestion or two or just leave... which I hope it doesn't come to that haha. I hope you enjoy your stay here.

I'd like to see this become another truly literate roleplaying guild. Even the places that claim to be highly literate often... aren't. >< It's rather annoying to come to a place that claims to have all kinds of standards of literacy and the like and then end up with a lot of one-sentence replies, atrocious spelling, poor grammar and the like. : P
Anyway, just wanted to say I'm glad to be here. ^^ Now I'ma go try to find an open RP!

lol well if anyone spots a one liner, autohitters, or godmodders, they'll definitely be sent to the school rp, and may have their membership revoked. Lol I really do want this place to start living up to its standards, but first we really need to get it up off of its feet and start soaring high. So feel free to join up any rp that is open, it'll be great news to us and I am sure once one gets rolling, everything else will just start snapping into place ^_^.

I'm so greatly enjoying the one I'm in right now! And be careful about wishing for too many more people. Sometimes it's when a guild gets really popular that it goes heavily downhill. : P Still... I really like the look of this one. I'm so glad to be here. biggrin

Awesome, and yeah lol I know, sometimes the guilds standards start to lower to just get people to join in, but I definitely prefer quality over quantity. We at least have enough members to open up a few of the rps, which is definitely great news. Joey's is going to be up and running tomorrow, maybe it'll get more people interested. I sure hope so. I am going to get mine open up soon as well, I wanted it open today but I haven't had time XD lol. Well glad you like the rp you're in! And tahnks for being interested in this guild's safety ^_^.

the other day I saw two birds and a squirrel, the birdies were attacking the squirrel... my friend was all happy about it, says that the squirrels are out to rule the world or something along those lines. Oh and he also says that they screw up his tennis game.
I am going to tear appart a watch made from China... it has a spring on it... ^^

dude give me the spring! Oh and squirrels might be trying to rule the world, but its the birds you have to watch out for. Seriously, you hear those chirps early in the morning? That's them conspiring! If I had a water gun I'd show them a thing or two about plotting the eternally fall of mankind. I mean think about how organized they are, they know exactly which car to hit, and when to hit it.

It got all untwisted... and springy : (.... *sighs* My spring... lol.... No I really think birds are trying to rule the world. Have you read birds... or even watched the movie. That's scary... O.O..... I think they need to um... get ready for a bird invasion here soon.. EEKK... we need more squirrels.....

Well that sucks, an untwisted its not fun! Buy a slinky and let it springyness bring you joy. Oh and no I have not read or watched Birds... Although hearing that there's a movie about it only makes my case stronger, birds will invade us all! Nevermore one has said to us, and be it true that we shall never be anymore. Their darken feathers, their sharpen talons, circling upon our skies, us they do despise, as soon they shall fall upon us, and take us as their fateful prey! We must stand up now, and unite! Let the squirrels take up arms against them!
Man birds truly are evil. I remember one time I took my (now current ex) girlfriend up to the park on a date, and we fed the squirrels peanuts, and well out of nowhere a bird swooped down and grabbed the peanut before it landed before the squirrel. Evil I say! They try to take away our only ally!

I would really like my Coco Kitty Plushie back. A year ago I was banned from my other account because a friend of mine gave me a bunch of gold he bought off of Ebay. I miss it so much.
