I've finally REALLY started my exersise program.
My mother got me this book: 'Walk Away the Pounds'
And these 10 min exersises, and sometimes I go swimming, or play tennis, or go jogging with my friends. They are a good help.
Anyone ever try those books? I hope they work.
Next week I add healthy eating habbits.
And I really like walking.
I'd like to trim up for showchoir (I made the best showchoir at my school! YAY!)
I haven't been here in awhile. Mostly out of shame. sweatdrop
But how is everyone else doing?

P.S.
I also discovered Diet Snapple Peach Iced tea.
I love it.

Welcome back, Queenie! I'm new to this Guild, but I'm totally ready to change my lifestyle!

Congrats on show choir!

Keep walking, it might take longer for the signs to show (as opposed to, say, running), but it'll strengthen your core muscles which are essential for dance and keeping a trim torso!

I'm doing so far, so good. It's only been two days, but I all ready feel better that what I'm putting in my body is good for me, as opposed to the crap that I've been eating lately neutral

Good luck! We're here to support ya!

I've never had the urge to pick those books up, mainly because of the title. Walk Away the Pounds? It sounds like something I could easily do myself, without a guide book x3 But the way you (briefly) described it, it sounds like it's more than just guiding you through walking off a few pounds. What all does it contain? :3 *curious*

The Walk Away the Pound series is awesome. I've never read any of her books but I own this discontinued set which I had to replace with this dvd set when I moved to a place with no VHS player. I just recently added this to my rotation.

Seriously, I lost 60 pounds with my only cardio the Walk Away w/ weights 2 and 3 mile tapes.
