Level One has nothing to hide. With its spacious rooms, mosaic floors, and stain-glass windows, it is probably the most peaceful place in the Manor.

he finally made his way down to the first floor walking through the empty kitchen and meeting room just browesing through the place thinking about the times he spent a the mansion crows cooking and talks with sakusan gave him a brief of happiness (sighs: looks like its time to go) starts to walk upstairs and hum a song from his past

Sighing, he opened the massive doors to the Manor. He could still not comprehend how light they were compared to what they should be from their size. It was no matter, anyway. This was the third time he had come to this Manor, and the last two times were laced with pain and bitterness. The latter part of the second had a brief period of contentment, but that soon faded away when she left.
She may have left to pursue her own goals, but she could've at least given him the opportunity to go with her. To be honest, he would've followed her into the flames of hell without a second thought.
Running his fingers through his hair, he looked around, and smiled as he noticed that it hadn't changed a bit. The windows still had that ancient glass in that looked like it should be accumulating dust and grime, but never did. The floor was still unscuffed, despite the lag of rugs, and there was that small scent of copper in the air, one that made him feel somewhat comfortable.
Sighing, he prayed it would indeed be 'Third Time Lucky', as he doubted that he could keep visiting this place. He had been on the grounds for a lot longer than most knew, and he didn't have forever to wait around.
Sighing, he moved across the almost reflective floor, before starting to ascend up the stairs.

By the time she had reached the second floor, she could smell him. And then she suddenly realized she had forgotten what she had been going to say to him. She took a step back, then another. Surely she could speak to him? Where were all those words she had been dying to say? Stuck in her throat, no doubt. Reincarnate thought it would be best to seek out Master Damien first and then talk to Drake. No doubt Master Damien would make her angry enough to find words to say to Drake. By the gods, she hoped he hadn't been drinking at least! But then a noise, someone coming up the stairs. She backed herself against a wall slowly. Damnation, but he was going to spot her first. Her silver hair didn't allow her to blend in with anything. The light caught it and made it shimmer elaborately. She stepped over, composed herself and took a step forward. She would meet him.

He had walked along the floor in a nochalant pace, his boots making a dull thud each step along the way. He looked around at the place, seeing the melancholy behind all the antique glamour, as a smile came to his face. It felt good to come back here. Bar Stonekeep, he felt like this was his home. He had nowhere else where he felt safe enough to sleep without his sword at his side. To be completely exposed.
However, when he saw her form but six feet from him (for he had been that taken with the decor), he stopped dead. Slowly, he brushed his hair from his eyes, and locked gaze with hers, a light smile coming to his lips once more as he saw the person behind those eyes. So many memories.
"Silver looks good on you, Mistress Reincarnate." He said, his voice almost intoxicating as the liquor she hoped she hadn't consumed.

The door opened with a bit of noise, then clicked shut. Two boots made a distinct clicking, as if they were keeping a beat. A smell of burning metals and ash filled the area. Damien took a seat on one of the rocking chairs, the one he has always sat in. "Ah.." The rocking of the chair was insync with the rythm of the boots from before. Damien would wiat here, for some time anyway. I don't remember the gardens being so beautiful...

"Thank you," she said, her voice seeming foreign to herself. She hadn't spoke in so long. Her dark eyes traveled over Drake and his clothing. He always did stand out in a crowd. Her fingers came to lace in front of her as if she were waiting for him to pass by. Reincarnate couldn't get caught up in him at the moment. She had others to see such as Damien and Crow. She would also have to hunt down Sage again and have speech with him. Getting caught up in Drake was something she just coudln't allow. After all it had been far too long. "It is good to see you back within the Manor's walls." She nodded her head and started forward to move past him. She would visit him later perhaps.

Smiling a little, he looked along his shoulder to her as she was just passing. "It is much better to see you, I believe. But I must wonder what this slight coldness entails..." He said, his smile not fading.
"Fifth floor, first door on the left, as always." He said softly, before his hand quickly reached out, his fingers barely touching her laced equivalent. "Just know that I'm here, and I'm here for you should you need to talk, voice your thoughts, or anything else. That's all I ask." He said lightly, his gaze locking with hers for a moment, before he let his hand drop, and rest at this side again, that smile returning. That empathic smile.
Yet again, another side to Drake.

Damien sat there, rocking back and forth. His eyes were shut and lips moving. The spoke but several words, "40,000 Men and women everyday...." He was relaxed and happy to be here, nothing could go wrong, or so he thought.

Slight coldness? Wasn't he quick to judge the situation. Reincarnate blocked the words from her mind. She nodded to him in reply of his nice words though. Her fingers tensing as he touched them, until her knuckles were white with the pressure. "We will have speech later," she heard herself say before walking quickly past him and down the stairs to the main floor.
At the sight of Damien resting quite peacefully upon a rocker, Reincarnate smiled which quickly turned into a frown. "Master Damien!" she somewhat scolded. "Where have you been?" She dissected the distance between her and him. She was truly happy to see him back in the Manor. Who knew that he would ever return.

"I had to gather myself. I knew you'd still be here when recollected." Damien said with a small smile. "Sit." He said, gesturing to the chair facing him, as if it were his house. "One issue still remains, do you still love me as you once did?" asked Damien. He wasn't sure what to expect.

Reincarnate straightened her gown and sat as she had been ordered to do so, only giving him a don't-order-me-about look after she had sat down. He had to gather himself? She faintly recalled why he had left. It pained her to think on it for long.
At the sound of his question, Reincarnate looked up. The question had taken her by surprise. It was so sudden, so out of place with the situation. She just hadn't expected it. Her eyes locked with Damien's and everything they had shared together flooded back into her mind. She had loved him ever so much, and she would go as far as to say that she had adored him.
"Damien," she said softly, the question causing her to feel hurt. As if by him asking it, he had stabbed her in the heart. Did he truly have to ask? Didn't she tell him the last time they had spoke of the matter that she would always love him? "Yes, I do," she said and nodded her head in finality.

A grin the size of the moon appeared from his lips. "You've no idea how happy it makes me to hear that. I didn't doubt it, I just haven't heard it in so long." Damien said confidently. His eyes met hers, they looked as if new life were bestowed upon them. "I'm sorry for leaving." Damien said, actually appologizing for something he did.

Reincarnate smiled and brushed a piece of silver hair from out of her face. There was something about having said it that made her feel...free? She couldn't think of the exact feeling, but it was truly wonderful.
"As you should be," she said in reply to his apology. She had missed the sounds coming from his forge and had missed his humor and sincerity. All together she had just missed him and his company. It was good to not only have Damien back, but Crow and Drake and all the others that had made her smile at one point.

"I still think you should learn the art of smithing." Damien said laughing. He rose to his feet, stretching as he pleased. "Man, it was a long walk here...." Damien wasn't in the mood for flying nor did feel like being burdened by machines, they took the fun out of traveling.
